Brand new construction, the Cabin is on a 2.5 acre lot conveniently located just south of Penn Yan off Route 54 with fabulous Lake Views and Surrounding CountrysideLocated just south of Penn Yan on the Keuka Wine Trail, Enjoy visiting wineries, hiking, fishing, and exploring this beautiful area. Free public boat launch in Penn Yan, as well as numerous wineries, restaurants and attractions just a few miles away.  2 Miles away from the famous Windmill Farm and Craft Market.Inside we have 3 spacious bedrooms with lots of natural light, private bathroom /shower, full kitchen with cooktop, living room area with large dining table for 6 , 2 full bathrooms, cozy reading nook and electric fireplace.Outside under a covered porch is a dining table for 6, comfortable lounge seating and a propane grill.The Cabin is fully heated and air conditioned insideGuests will have a keyless entry pad to gain access to the property. The majority of the property is open fields with a portion of the property wooded.INSIDEThe bedrooms have lots of windows for natural light. Connecting to the master bedroom is a private full bathroom. The living space area also has a electric fireplace, TV,  2 couches, 2 chairs, and full view windows overlooking the lake. Located in the heart of the finger lakes your vacation retreat sits on two acres with a wrap around deck where you can barbecue and relax. From here you can visit the wineries and distilleries, enjoy the Amish markets, boat, swim, water ski or fish. After a full day you can relax with your family or friends at this secluded sanctuary just up the hill from the Severne Point boat launch.The spaceThe main house has a great room that opens onto a full length deck overlooking a 2 acre lot and Seneca Lake. There are two full bedrooms each with a queen bed and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. Outside the kids will enjoy the detached bunk room (note the bathrooms are in the main house). The bunk room also serves as a remote office allowing for longer stays.Guest accessGuests have access to the full house and the detached bunk room.Other things to noteThe bunk room has one set of bunk beds and is located in an heated/air conditioned out building. Our kids love their own space and privacy but there is no bathroom in the bunk room. Three bedrooms provide lots of room for friends and family - 1 King bed room, 1 Double bed room, and 1 with a queen and 2 single twins. Two full baths, both with shower/tub combo, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi, linens and towels provided. The private beachfront provides tons of room for gathering and relaxing, with a swimming area and dock. You can launch your boat from the owner's private boat launch right next door. Gather around the firepit for late night cheer and s'mores (roasting sticks provided). The large backyard has space for lawn games or hanging out under the canopy. With two restaurants (open seasonally) within close walking distance, you may never have to cook! But if you feel like grilling out, there is a gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils, cookware and appliances needed to cook a great meal. Table and chairs are provided on the front deck and back patio so you can enjoy your meals with sunrises or sunsets.
