The space is open and airy. Everything connects to the central great room so there are no hallways. The first floor master has a huge bathroom with two sinks and walk in closet. They have their own entrance but will share the grill and outdoor area. The beaches are 15 minutes away. The casino is 5 minutes away. The space The property sits on 7 wooded acres. Guests are free to use the deck and fire pit. You can park your cars or boat in the garage. There is plenty of room for parking and turning around large rvs boats toys etc. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of necessary cooking items including silverware plates paper towels. It has a fridge keurig dishwasher and gas oven. We live nearby but won’t be onsite unless you have a maintenance request or need help with something. Other things to note This is a large property with plenty of space for boats or toys. A lot of our guests come for fishing. The garage is 25 feet deep so there is room to keep your boat out of the weather. There is also outlets to keep them charged.
