It was a bad experience in my point of view.
Reach apartment at 1500hrs. Totally clueless how to go about. Give a call to the hotline, got transferred to person in charge. Person in charge claimed to have sent an email asking what time I would arrive. However, I did not receive any such email (not from trip or personally from person in charge) (in case you are wondering what about junk and spam mailbox, nothing in them too). Waited more than an hour for someone to arrive.
*so to anyone booking this, remember to check your email regarding how to enter the apartment!!*
The following is what I have encountered in the apartment.
1. Pictures provided and reality is very different! Apartment is way smaller than expected from the pictures provided on the app.
2. Lightings: either you on or off the lights for the entire room. There is no options to on or off certain lights. A few lights wasn't on too.
3. Kitchenette: Kettle wasn't clean. Wash and boiled the kettle a few times. White substance still came out from the kettle. (Aside from kettle, did not use any other things)
4. Toilet: Drianage was bad for the sink. Not all the water will go down. It will stop to a certain level, and it takes a long time for the water to go down to that level.
5. Room gets dusty very easily, despite not opening the window.
6. The bed is dirty as a whole. (E.g: linens, there's a gap at the back of the frame, so it was very dirty at the back too)
