MILAN HOSPITALITY-BEST TO AVOID THIS HOTEL
I’ve booked 6 nights , 2 rooms ( 6-12May 2024) upon recommendation of ESSKA …. I’ve confirmed my stay from beginning of check in by Ms Elenora … somehow on the 11 May , our luggages were removed from our rooms forcibly without our consent and informing us although we’ve a valid PAID stay ( reason given was system error)- was there an attempt to contact us thru WhatsApp or email before resorting to removing our belongings from the rooms( would this resorted to ?ASSAULT/THEFT)…. What leaves a BAD taste to all these horrendous experience was the nonchalant , condescending attitude of the reception hotel staffs in handling the check in till check out
PRO-location( 100m ) from Gerusalamme metro station, breakfast buffet staffs
CONS- malfunction aircond , dated furnitures and vibes, reception staffs attitude, expensive( value for money 300£ per room per night)
