Filthiest hotel room and hotel I’ve ever been to. 0/10 do not recommend. Scratch marks in the ceiling. Vents covered in filth, carpet didn’t look clean cigarette burns, stains EVERYWHERE, lamp shade broken…AND STAINED. Hallways were stained and cigarette burns everywhere. Halls smelled of smoke. For what we paid…BEYOND DISAPPOINTED.

Killed a roach crawling on wall in my room. Notified the front desk clerk and was told the manager be in around 10am and would speak to me in the morning. Unfortunately I had to leave and be at work before they were scheduled to come in. Still haven’t heard from the manager. Stains on the carpet in multiple locations. No one was available for me to check out the next morning and still haven’t received my receipt.

The bed is very comfortable . Actually the whole room was so relaxing and comfortable. Very quiet. Perfect location. This was actually my second stay in one month and I definitely will be back. I requested the same room and staff was very nice and friendly.

Dirtiest ever. 5 rooms in our group. AC's malfunctioning, Found bed bugs and roaches. Everything was filthy, staff seemed okay with it, like the franchise owner isn't willing to fix know problems. This facility was somehow recommended by the cancer center! My father in law, was having surgery to remove a newly going brain tumor, so this hotel made an emotional and stressful situation much worse.

Terrible place. Our bed had a huge hole in it Broke down furniture,broke down bed, dirty carpet, cable worked half the time. I would never stay here again. Shower curtain had 3 holes where it hooks torn out. We changed room 3 times to find a room we would accept that wasn't broke down as much. People at the front desk are rude and blame the broke down funiture on maintenance but it wasn't the maids problem. The location is the best part of this hotel.They didn't have very many staying there and I know why. The floor outside of the elevator was dirty where things had been spilled on it and was dirty for all 3 days we were there. No one ever mopped it up.

There were ants in our room in about 3 or 4 places. The check-in took several hours to complete. There was a party with 14 or 15 year olds that should've been addressed and stopped but wasn't and made it un sleepable.

Unable to recieve service requested, employees didn't were uniforms .breakfast was the same everyday

First and foremost, your staff has a very hard time with the English language. When we checked in, we asked if there were any restaurants near the hotel, she didn't understand what we were asking. When we got off of the elevator, the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, we asked for non-smoking. When we opened the refrigerator, there was a bag of old food inside. I brought the bag of old food to the check-in desk. I told her where the food came from, and told her about the very strong odor of cigarette smoke. She told me I could throw the food away, and that there are rooms on that floor that people are allowed to smoke in(all the doors on that floor had "non-smoking" signs on them) ..very frustrated with her response, I handed her the bag of food and told her someone needs to go to our floor to see why the smoke smell is so strong. Her response was to move our room....we had already unpacked! I told her that we were not going to be inconvenienced. She just said "ok". Also, there's a blue chair in the room that had disgusting stains on the seat.....I just got a blank stare from her. They didn't even offer a discount on check-out....

Arrived Friday for dance competition. Front help was very helpful. Lots of Restaurants nearby. Super close to Rose state College. Could walk there if weather was nice. Too cold the morning we were there. I would stay here again for a night. Room and bathroom clean.
