I travel to Midland every weekend for work. Ive stayed at this hotel many times. Its a really nice hotel, aesthetically. There are some nice people who work here. But over my stays here, Ive seen issues with the food and server in the morning, cleanliness, removing breakfast early. Usually i say a word to the front desk, and they are polite and fix the issue. But today the clerk, Alyssia, was extremely rude. "What do you want, we cant just put food out to make one person happy"... understood. I've continued to stay here bc its newer and very nice. I have Titanium elite status with Marriott, but have never used the "benefits" it speaks of.. they have a specific titanium customer service # on the app. A joke! Its automated and just funnels you to the normal line, so I'll use up my points, not at Springhill-Midland, and maybe try building up my Hilton rewards, is there "upper echelon" card service any better?! Take away: nice hotel, but breakfast time: when they tell you! And dont ask Alyssia a question, unless ya want to be disrespected
