Living room has a large tv with cable and a nice sitting area. Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms equipped with queen beds. What a gem! This is a great house. Everything was sparkling clean and oh so comfortable. We stayed with our son and daughter in law and there was plenty of room for everyone. With the living room downstairs and a sitting room on the second floor there was ample space when we wanted to be together and still loads of privacy. The deck and yard were wonderful. You can't go wrong booking this lovely home!

Overall a nicely appointed and well laid out home. Ample space and sleeping accomodations. We enjoyed the kitchen, fireplace & deck. Found bathroom amenities sparse, specifically no shower soap and little replacement toilet paper was provided. We also found locking the rear door from the outside complicated.

Exceeded expectations
Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill. Nice bonus - beyond the back yard is a horse property and it was so nice to watch them roam around.

A Great Find
As you are scrolling through, do not pass up this listing! It is newly renovated to perfection. SO clean, full of amenities in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it.

Absolutely Perfect
We enjoyed our five night stay. This house was so comfortable, clean and perfect for a family. Location is perfect for getting around town. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Lovely!
The house was just perfect for a Newport getaway. We celebrated my Mom's 80th birthday and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Great location. Super clean and cozy. I would definitely stay there again.
