3 bedroom beach shack with open plan kitchen, dining and loungeroom. After 20years it was time for the shack to have a refresh. Painted throughout, with new sofa, TV, bookcases, dinnerware, saucepans and frypans. New outdoor setting, perfect to sit and look out over the garden and nature reserve. Decking along front and back of property and landscaped to fit within the surrounding nature reserve. On the bike path between Goolwa and Victor Harbor. Great bakeries, restaurants and hotels 5minute drive. The shack is fully equipped for families with games, books, toys, and boggie boards. The area out the back is grassed for children to play on and there is a picnic table at the back of the property to enjoy spectacular sunsets. A holiday and tourist destination with a popular surf beach. Some Southern Right Whales calve and mate in the waters off Middleton's beaches and can be viewed from Middleton Point or Bashams Beach during the whale watching season (June or July to October).
