Didn’t stay but went with an international visitor who had a booking. Got to say i don’t think i have ever encountered anyone so rude on reception. I am proud to come from Teesside but this Really was not a great welcome to middlesbrough after travelling 5000 miles to get here.

A good trip in budget no frills accommodation. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The room was fresh and smelled clean, the bathroom was clean. The staff were warm and friendly and we received a pleasant welcome at both the front desk and bar cafe

Amy from Middlesbrough has been brilliant. She has served us good and made our stay amazing. I'm really happy with the customer service and security has been very polite and helpful. Highly recommended. I would love to come here again and again.

Room was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful especially Amy. Plenty of parking and it is attached to an Aldi supermarket if you need anything last minute. A bar in the Travelodge. Stayed here once before and was equally pleasant.

The place was clean, staff were friendly. The room was warm, clean and bed comfy, there wasn't much noise from outside apart from the traffic but that's to be expected anywhere. 5min walk into the centre so you are close to everything.

Avoid at all costs. In a really rough area. Furnishings, all very tired poor breakfast with many items unavailable.

Great customer service. Internet was down I arrived but Sam and Meg were superb at checking me in, letting me know that wifi was back up. They Sorted payments efficiently and were very good at ensuring a good guest experience. They were very helpful and friendly. Well done
