Sadly I didn’t end up staying here due to an error with booking. In the website there is a clear icon (paw print) which when previously stayed at best westerns means pets £10 a night. I was then told they didn’t accept dogs & if you click on the paw print it states no dogs (why have a paw print…….totally miss leading) I spoke to the hotel manager directly 4 days before check in. He wouldnt help, I was even happy to stay in a near by best western instead, but he would exchange or even offer a credit to return another time. Awful customer service & website miss leading information
