Enjoy our newly remodeled beautifully furnished home right on the national scenic Little Miami River only a quarter mile from the Loveland Bike Trail. Amazing views with access to canoeing, kayaking and biking. Sit on the deck and enjoy the privacy of the front yard. Huge comfortable family room. Fully stocked Kitchen. Situated between Loveland, Milford and Montgomery. 3 mile bike ride to Milford, 6 to Loveland to enjoy the local entertainment areas. 1.7 miles to I275 & 12 to Kings Island.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Two small to normal size, well trained. $25 night.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Pack and play and high chair provided.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.If you smoke, use the three acres to smoke, please.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.The whole house on three beautiful acres.
