Solo si pudiera dar la mitad o 0 estrellas. No recomendaría quedarse aquí.
Solo los baños son nuevos y frescos, de lo contrario, todo el hotel y la habitación tienen un ambiente y olor a motel. La cama tampoco estaba limpia cuando la miramos con luz brillante.
El hotel no proporciona una botella de agua de cortesía.
La cafetera estaba rota y los enchufes.
Este es un edificio antiguo pero no se mantiene adecuadamente. El personal de recepción es antipático, inconsistente y nada servicial. Teníamos 3 días y cancelamos 2 noches y nos mudamos a un nuevo hotel. Reservé a través de trip. com, por lo que la cancelación y la reserva fueron sin problemas.
Nuestra reserva era una habitación de lujo y su sitio web dice claramente que la habitación de lujo es una habitación doble, pero el hotel siguió adelante y nos cobró $ 50 más sin ningún motivo.

Great location, metromover is free, miami trolley is free, you obly pay for the buses.
Hotel staff very friendly, valet service a bit expensive but considering the other nearby options was more safe.
Our room had one window which was very high at 2meters and we couldn’t see anything. Also, constant noise of the air-con engibes atop the building.

This was sold as a 4 star hotel and priced as such. My opinion is that this was absolutely in NO way a 4 star accommodation - absolutely not. The rooms were not completely clean. The walls were scuffed and poorly finished. The bathroom grouting was mouldy snd the finish sub standard and I would not have stayed here more than the 1 night that we did. The 2 female staff who were at the desk upon booking in were less than welcoming. One positive - the breakfast and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Some of the amenities were unavailable, the roof terrace was locked and the gym smelt of a mixture of fish and bleach which made me leave immediately.

Excelente opción de alojamiento. Calidez humana y excelente servicio de todo el personal del Hotel y del restaurante. Alojamiento incluye excelente desayuno buffete y la ubicación es super buena para compras y otras actiidades. Lo recomiendo, por su equilibio entre precio y todo lo que ofrece. Definitivamente regresaremos en nuestra siguiente viaje a Miami.
