The Club at BRICKELL BAY DRIVE - Waterfront Luxury Condo. Featuring a 250 sqft balcony, which is a rare find in Brickell! VALET PARKING. Only 10 minutes away from MIA airport. Our prime waterfront location is only steps away from the Brickell Bay Boardwalk as well as Brickell Ave. There is a 7-11 conveniently located in our building. Only a 5 minute walk to CVS and illy coffee shop with restaurants and banks within a 5 minute walking distance. There is also a wine and liquor store next door to the front lobby.
Our spacious Brickell Bay Luxury Condo offers comfortable living space for up to 5 guests with 2 queen size beds and a large sectional sofa. Our unit has a washer and dryer with detergent included. As well as a Keurig for making coffee. Located on the 22nd floor.

We are always available but we respect your privacy.
Parking is included, there is also A parking lot right across the street. But cars can idle in the lobby and trolleys are always accesible for transporting luggage.
