Hoteles Highgate en Miami

There were roaches in my room , i spoke to the front desk and they had security come kill a roach that was on the wall , i took pictures and made videos on Roaches running around my room. I’m also waiting for the manner to respond back to my email due to me requesting of 3 days worth of my money back. Other than that the customer service was beauty and the works were nice

After the amazing reviews we were really excited to stay at the Elser Hotel. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and staff were lovely and worked quickly to get us checked in. The room was amazing, a one bedroom bayview suite. Staff: The majority of staff were amazing and go above and beyond. They always greeted you and asked if you need any help and they knew the best spots to go. Room We had a one bedroom bayview room on the 19th floor. The room was really spacious with a separate kitchen/living area and a bedroom. The kitchen was good with a large fridge freezer, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The only thing missing was cooking utensils, though we didn't need them. The bathroom was large, though limited shelves inside. We had an ADA room and the shower was difficult as it would soak the entire bathroom. Balcony had amazing views over bayside and downtown, which was bliss to have in the mornings and evenings! It was really good too as we could see our cruise ship from the room. Facilities The gym is massive with lots of equipment available and the pool huge! The pool deck is so good and relaxing with a bar with amazing staff. The only thing I would say is that when the hotel is busy it will be hard to get a lounger as there isn't many. They also had fitness and yoga classes available during our stay which was really good. Reception area is nice, well designed and comfortable. It does currently feel it's missing something, however I think when Jaguar Sun opens it'll improve the feel. The art inside the lifts is pretty cool. Service: Check in was brilliantly done and quick. I had emailed earlier in the week to have the sofa bed made up on arrival as we were arriving late. Unfortunately we arrived to it not being made up, but called check in and they sent someone up within 10 minutes. Staff at the front desk varied between amazing and couldn't do enough for you and one or two who just didn't seem bothered to be there (though they still got the job done). Housekeeping when done was really well done everyday and they kept the room so clean and tidy. Though getting the room serviced seemed to be variable in the day, one day we went out for 5 hours from 10am and came back to it not yet being done. Location: It's actually so handy for a lot of things in downtown, Bayside is just across the street, lots of stores in the area around and so close to the cruise port. Overall: We really enjoyed our stay at the Elser Hotel, management did reach out after some minor issues (honestly so minor I didn't expect them to) and were brilliant at listening and sorting things. We would definitely stay again! It's an amazing pre or post cruise hotel and I'd def recommend giving it a try.
