Friendly staff, quiet with plenty on sunbeds. Food changes each night with different themes. Animation (entertainment team) are good with the kids. Clean rooms. Would be nice to have more variety at the bar with drinks and snacks. Beach is soft and just over a quiet road.

I was there in June 2025. I don't know if I can find any disadvantaged. A big advantage of the holiday was definitely the very nice photographer - Ahmed. Never in my life has anyone offered me so many photos. you can see that he is trying very hard. the effects are visible because the photos are beautiful. good job boy! :) the service was very nice, I don't think anyone was bored with the animators! waiters - it's a pity that I don't always come across such people :)

The worst ever vacation. Nothing is like they say. Food is horrible, only worth to try is pasta from Italian chef. Waiters are soo inappropriate, the way of speaking with guests are horrible.

We like this hotel. Service is good. Pools are clean, beach is ok too. Animation team is veeery good. But bartenders are top of the top (especially Mr. Wassim in the pool bar). He's always smiling and doing great drinks. Food is good, but for me there is not enough meat. If someone likes for example rice, pasta or vegetables - is great option. But our overall is good.

e have just got back from this hotel and I can honestly say this hotel has been one of favourite's! We want to especially have a massive shout out to Valentino who is part of the animation team, absolutely spot on in every thing he does always goes above and beyond and made us feel like he was a friend and not just another tourist, he would greet us everyday and really took his time to talk with us. Valentino is a man that myself my husband and my children will miss. We have to mention his Michael Jackson show was out of this world and we all throughly enjoyed his show. All the animation team was great and very entertaining I must add, but Valentino really made it for us. Another shout out to the photographers who was amazing especially akhmed and Wael always went out of their way to greet us and the photographs will forever capture our moments at this beautiful hotel. Food - amazing variety of different foods the waiters were always to hand ensuring we had a table to sit at with drinks ready, the food was beautiful every day. Hotel - clean and the cleaners would always make us smile with the designs with the sheets, on the bed especially the swan with my sons hat and glasses. I would recommend to tip as they really appreciate you recognising the effort that they make, trust me you will be looked after. Overall we had an amazing holiday the quad bikes were fun, the atmosphere is great the staff are so welcoming I would definitely recommend this hotel

I had a very nice time here, service and animators at the highest level (sanfoor is the best) I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, the food wasn't always good but it's not bad, kids club is great you don't have to worry about your children, my daughter loved it Thanks

The hotel is lovely all staff are very friendly, nice and welcoming. Animation team are very kind and helpful and their is lots of different activities to do and get involved with. Especially Sanfoor he is very good at his job we had such a laugh due to his upbeat personality. The food on a whole is good but could do with some improvement. On a whole a very good hotel and we are wanting to come back.
