The hotel personal is very polite and friendly with everyone.The food was amazing and i never seen so clean restaurant and room.The animation team was so funny and entertaining.

Our family spent a fantastic two weeks in this hotel. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. The food was delicious and varied. Unfortunately the fruit juices were not good and neither were the cocktails. This was the only negative. The hotel is clean, they clean it every day and the cleaning staff is also very nice. Last but not least, the entertainment staff was the best I have ever met! There is entertainment all day long. The evening program is fantastic. I really liked Choco, Junior, Blacky, Marcelo and Boyka, Dido and Aziz. Many, many thanks to everyone!

We had one of the best two weeks in the hotel with fantastic staff, delicious food and drinks. All the hotel team members are amazing and friendly, always looking for the guest’s wishes. Well done for the animation team, Choco, Junior, Bojka, Marcelo, Blacky, Asis, Dido and also the team on the beach with Adam and the dolphins in the see. Highly recommended!!!!! ❤️

Hotel is a beautiful hotel but unfortunately not geared up for british. We have just had a week there and the only british there. There was a gentleman on reception who spoke English but unfortunately none of the others. Which to be honest didn't bother us as we managed perfectly.fine. Excellent food,very clean,beautiful beach and you don't get hassled by peddlers. Crocodile farm is a must over 900 crocodiles there and only about 6 dinars (£1.50). I would make your own way there and pay entrance fee there which is 32.50 dinars per adult . A lot cheaper than organised trips

As a native English speaker, I’ll admit I was initially a little concerned after reading reports suggesting that the hotel caters primarily to French-speaking guests. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that nearly every member of staff spoke at least some English—and many were completely fluent. Communication was never an issue, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean. Every area, from the rooms to the communal spaces and bathrooms, is maintained to a very high standard. The housekeeping team deserves full credit—they do a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless and well-presented. It’s clear they take real pride in their work. When it comes to food, there’s an impressive variety on offer. The buffet features a great selection, including some premium ingredients like king prawns, crab, beef rib, and lamb chops. The salad bar was especially good—fresh, colorful, and full of options. I’d highly recommend trying the Tunisian dishes; they were absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavor. Some of the Western options were a bit hit-or-miss (the pizza, in particular, wasn’t quite up to the mark), but overall, the dining experience was enjoyable. One extra experience my daughter really loved was having her hair braided at the hotel’s hair salon. The team there did a fantastic job—she was thrilled with the result and couldn’t wait to show her friends at home. It was such a nice touch that added to her enjoyment of the trip. The hotel also offers easy access to water sports, which are run by Adam, just adjacent to the main resort. The activities were great fun and very reasonably priced, especially when compared to similar options at European resorts. What really stood out was Adam himself—he wasn’t pushy at all and seemed genuinely interested in making sure everyone had a positive and memorable experience. The real highlight of our stay, though, was the incredible staff. The animation team, in particular, were absolutely brilliant—funny, full of energy, and always engaging. Because the hotel isn’t overwhelmingly large, the team had time to get to know guests, and it really made the atmosphere feel warm and personal. I’ve honestly never come across a team like them. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they helped make every day more enjoyable. The bar staff also deserve a lot of praise. They picked up on our regular orders very quickly, and more often than not, a fresh drink would appear just as the last one was finished. A special shout-out to Moez, who worked as a poolside waiter—he consistently went out of his way to make us feel welcome, and I genuinely enjoyed our chats. One of the most touching parts of our stay was how the staff interacted with our daughter. So many team members made her feel special, and as a parent, that meant the world.
