The sectional sofa in the living room comes with a pull-out full-size bed and additional mattress topper. The nearby freeway system offers easy access to anywhere you need to go. Walk to parks, grocery, pharmacy, bike or hike nearby trails. Comes with a smart TV along with internet, wi-fi access. The full kitchen is equipped with all you need for quick meals or large dinners. The bath has a large shower, with a private entry from the bedroom. The open floor plan promotes comfortable interaction with guests. There is another private bedroom with a queen bed available along with a private bathroom for an extra fee. Easy parking with a private combination entrance, and security screen doors. The fenced back yard comes with lots of patio space on a secluded lot, with a propane grill, patio furniture, and private pool. The pool is heated for year-round swimming! There is also extra RV parking available.
