Our lovely cottage is ready and perfectly located to explore all that the Grand Junction area has to offer. This relaxing space is fully equipped to be your 'base-of-operation' while in town. We are conveniently located just off Hwy I-70, 3 miles to GJ Regional Airport and Colorado Mesa University; 2.5 miles to VA Medical Center; 7 miles to Mt. Garfield; 18 miles CO National Monument; 36 miles to Powderhorn Mt. Resort @ Grand Mesa. Our home is prepared and outfitted to comfortably serve four people. This is our home 4-6 times a year when visiting our Grand-child and family that live in Grand Junction, so we have lovingly remodeled the space and take great pride in opening up the accommodations for you and your family to enjoy as much as we do. Parking is provided for up to two cars and the only authorize spaces are located parallel to the front door. Please do not park anywhere else on the property since it is a shared easement. The furnishings are all new. The decor is eclectic-western. The beds are delightfully dreamy and comfortable. The A/C and furnace have all been refreshed and automated (NEST) to keep you cozy no matter what the temperature is outside. Cleanliness is our number one focus for your experience and we achieve this through the use of a professional service that shares my standards.
