We had a funeral and had to change our check in date. After 32 calls with no answer we have presented ourselves at the hotel. Important note: We've paid in advance the full reservation. The hotel and trip.com didn't inform about the no show policy and when we apperead at the hotel we didn't have a room. The team was super rude and didn't help us at hotel. They left the reception, closed themselves in one room and didn't even attend our requests to get some support.
When accessing trip page, booking page and the hotel page, there were rooms available so we requested again the team support. The reply from Alejandra, the recepcionist that was in the front desk, was that we have nothing to do with their reservation policy. We've called the reservation central and when the phone was in speaker mode the lady from the group even told 'you are trying to fool them, why don't you give them a room?'
We are demanding to get our money back or credit from the 3 nights we've showed up and they didn't provide a room.
