We were in town for a funeral and this hotel was the ideal location. Everything was top notch. The complimentary breakfast was very good, area was kept very clean and stocked with breakfast items. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

They do not vacuum rooms between guest because I found clipped toenails on the floor of our room. New hotel, nice room other than stepping on someone’s clipped toenails that were not vacuumed up between us getting the room. Yuck. Also, left the room one morning and when we came back that afternoon, the room temperature was at 80°.. We did not leave it at that temperature when we left that morning. . have no idea how it got that hot. If there was a problem with the unit or what. Management did not know, did move us to another room. But the worst part was the toenail business..

Worst hotel management staff I have ever encountered, and I have stayed in hundreds of hotel. Like others have commented, do not expect to talk with someone who will help if you have an issue with booking. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Lots of better options available.

An emergency came up which left us unable to cancel our reservation within the required time frame. When I called the hotel, they were very unwilling to speak with me. A worker told me they would not refund the money. I had a couple more questions and she seemed very annoyed and told me to hang on- next thing I knew I had the voicemail of the manager. I left a message, hung up, and recalled the front desk where the same worker told me she had transferred me and the manager was on another line and was going to call me right back. She never did. If a hotel is that unwilling to speak with someone over the phone, they certainly aren’t going to care about service and courtesy to their guests! Save yourself and schedule elsewhere!

The person at the front desk acted like our stay was an inconvenience to her weekend. She took the fun out of the trip and is the reason I will not be returning. The room was outstanding. It was new clean fresh and convenient. A little bit of an issue with the air conditioning but nothing we couldn’t figure out.
