The deck is furnished with comfortable chairs & a dining table, perfect for a meal or cocktails with family or friends. When you arrive at Mooring Calm, the first thing you encounter is the 100 year old staircase and large living room. Don't get distracted, the best is yet to come. Advance through the family room. Past the fireplace -- sorry, no fires allowed. Don't slow down at the pool table. There is plenty of time for games later. You are almost there. Step into the sunroom/dining room. You have arrived. Notice the wall-to-wall windows. Feast your eyes on water views for as far as your eyes can see. Grab a seat and take it all in. All done? Take a quick look behind you. Kitchen. Enjoy the large island -- great place for the family to gather. No time to cook yet. Walk through the beautiful swinging door for the first floor bedroom.
