Great hotel, very good staff, delicious food of all kinds and great cocktails and beverages. Had a nice room. Hotel has beautiful gardens surrounding it, with various plants and flowers. Beautiful hotel. Lovely restaurants. Lots to do during the day with a great entertainments team - Dilaver, Zelal, Erkan - lots to do - darts, aqua aerobics. Had a lovely stay. Quite even during the half term. Would return. Highly recommend.

We came to this hotel for 1 week, we really liked the hotel and we can have fun. The food is really delicious and suits our taste. The animation activities are full and we liked the dart game but they can work a little more actively for the kids. Thank you for Erkan, they entertained us.

We are here at the moment having a wonderful time as always. Everything is wonderful. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. In guest relations, you have Sousou and Kadir, both very informative 👍. The food is delicious, and there is plenty of choice . There are 4 A La Carte restaurants, which you must book. I suggest you do this at the beginning of your holiday to secure your table. Anybody coming to Paloma Pasha will have a fantastic holiday 🙂⛱️

Excellent facilities and kind and compassionate staff. Travelled with my sister who has dementia, my daughter and her partner.My sister wandered off off twice and the staff were very respectful and compassionate on finding her. Branded alcohol in the price , which is a bonus. TUI Rep very knowledgeable. Cleaners were lovely. Breakfast and lunch fine but the evening meals were disappointing

The hotel on the whole is great. A lovely warm welcome when we first checked in as we got there 10 minutes before dinner service was due to finish they invited us down to dinner before we did check in which was perfect after a day of travelling. Check in was quick and easy and we were shown to our room by the 'bell boy' who then explained the facilities. The pool is huge but only 1 depth which for some people could be an issue. We spent most of our days on the beach, the sea is mostly calm and not too cold. Muhammed in the 'pool bar' always had a smile and a conversation. On the terrace bar 'john' and gokham are amazing as soon as we walked up they knew our order and would bring our drinks out to us. The restaurant the server fahret always tried to have a table ready for us and kept our drinks flowing. Whilst we were there my personal opinion is the food was OK but alot of the meat did seem over cooked which was a shame. Wabi sabi was amazing, large portions and very tasty with a decent selection. Dem mayhane the mese and calamari were good but lack of choice for mains let it down. On the whole a good hotel a couple of negative points the entertainment was lacking hopefully as the season picks up it may improve and as other have said the locks on the toilets especially the toilets by quintine half of them don't lock. Once again the staff make this hotel, would i return.... personally not but if you are after a quiet chilled out hotel this is the place for you.
