Terrible experience. The place looks feral. People hang out in the parking lot. There is no restroom in the lobby for guests. Supposedly the restrooms are under maintenance. Then they tell me it's because people walk in and mess up the bathrooms. So you have to wait until you check in and get to your room. The elevators are dingy and decrepit. It is 70 degrees in October. I wanted to try the pool. It is closed for maintenance. I am sorry I booked this place and can not wait until I follow up with corporate. Then I was called by the front desk asking to speak to a woman. I told the lady that she had the wrong room. She had checked me in a hour ago. I was solo. She tried arguing with me to find out she meant to call a different room. Then she called back again. This is beyond rachet.

I was a bit nervous due to the reviews. However, I was very impressed with the room. It looked clean, no mold as stated in other reviews. Here for a day. The breakfast however is cereal and muffins , but will do the job if you need something. $55 Priceline

my experience with this hotel was horrible. The first day that I checked in there was a woman with her two boys, begging for towes for her and her children to take showers. the hotel concierge had no empathy for her situation, its the hotels resposibility to provide these eminities. I stayed at this hotel for a week, i could not get towels, the hotel staff is VERY RUDE, and does not cater to their customers needs,... the hotels has roaches, the breakfask was horrible. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

Pictures from management are old and this place looks NOTHING like them! "Safety"- From the moment we entered the parking lot, we knew something was off. There is a guard at the gate, that isn't guarding anything. Guest are roaming up and down the hallway as if they own the hotel, and I felt threatened by them. I have never experienced living in the projects, but I imagine I got a taste of it by having to stay here, and unless that is your type of environment then DO NOT stay here! "Cleanliness"- The towels were dirty and so was the bathroom. I had to use shower shoes to take a shower because the shower was moldy and the handle was broken. The phone did not work when I tried to call the lobby for clean towels. When I called using my phone, they didn't have anyone available to take them to the room and I had to go back down to the lobby where, once again, guests were roaming up and down as if they were patrolling the area...and not in a safe manner. The cleanliness of the hotel was pretty much inexistent, and everywhere you looked something was falling apart. "The Breakfast"- This consisted of a continental style breakfast, but the food serving area was so dirty, I wouldn't dare touch any of it! The microwave looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks with baked on food all over it. This place was seriously disappointing and needs to be torn down!

Hotel was not clean. Carpets in hallways and elevator were dirty and stained. Due to nonrefundable stay, we only stayed one night then moved to a nicer place. Hampton inn was much better choice. When we went to leave, a maintenance worker was painting the outside of building and splashed paint allover my vehicle. I advised the manager of the issue, and his only response was "I am very sorry and I will speak to the worker ". Did not offer to try clean the paint off my vehicle or anything. Terrible hotel and staff.

This hotel was just bought and is being remodeled as of 10/15/22. It was cheap, but for good reason. It should have been cheaper. They offered discounts at nearby ihop because they knew some people wouldn’t like their breakfast. I’ve been in worse hotels, but this is the first time the pictures did not match the experience by such a long shot. I hope they get themselves figured out soon.
