I wanted to rate as a ZERO, but that is not an option. We arrived on November 8 from Nashville. We came from Canada to tour Tennessee and we had been traveling for a week prior to arriving. We went to check in an they told us that the football team had a late check out, so our check in would be delayed. We were fine with a bit of a late check in, but to our surprise we were not able to check in until 1 a.m. Absolutely unacceptable service. The Guest Services Manager - Michael Wollam just kept telling guests you can blame the team for this. Such a lack of class. This is a hotel issue, so petty to blame the team. The hotel is the one who allowed all three tour buses to check out late and inconvenience all 82 guests that wanted to check in. They took no responsibility whatsoever. We tried to find another hotel, but nothing was available. Not only did I get charged $200 USD for a night that I slept for maybe 4 hours, but the room was unacceptable. At first glance, its a typical hotel room. Then you see the stains on the floor, the stains on the ceiling from the vents. the musty smell from the HVAC system. Cleanliness is clearly lacking at this hotel. I'm sure the carpets have not been shampooed in years. My brother in laws white socks were black from walking on the rug. Don't waste your money staying here. It's dirty, the customer service is lacking and it's just an overall waste of your money. I actually felt bad for the ladies at the front desk as they knew no one was impressed. This is a management issue hands down. Find somewhere that is clean and that appreciate business from the public, not just a football team. I should've researched this hotel more because I would've read some of the reviews and found somewhere else.

This is a conveniently located hotel with plenty of amenities to have a relaxing stay. I was able to acquire a room that was located near the banquet facilities for my event I was hosting. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating when there were any questions. I will recommend staying here.

Though the staff and hotel was very nice, several vehicles were broken in to, including my car. At least 5 cars rear windows were busted. No values were taken. Because I had them with me. The police said it happens all the time. So, if you value your stuff, don’t go here.

Upon entrance into the hotel building there were condiment packages scattered on the floor. The table tops in the lobby was covered in crumbs. That's okay, I figured, housekeeping can not be everywhere and it probably just happened. These items remained through out our stay. The climate control in the room was loud and ineffective. The room was chilly. The fold out couch's cushions were mismatched and did not fit. We had to request sheets for the fold out bed. We only recieved a top sheet. No cover. There were only enough towels in the room for one person. Three of us were staying. We had to request towels. There were several small items around the hotel itself and our room that just needed fixed or replaced. Simple things like missing molding, or the curtains being off track to bigger items like loose light switches and pulled up carpets.

I was here for a funeral and the staff, hotel conditions and manager are awful. Mold everywhere, rooms are not clean and disgusting and customer service is no where to be found. We had to leave early due to MOLD and so many other issues and they assured me I would be refunded promptly, nope still waiting a month later…..
