We decided to stay at this boutique hotel property and are glad we did. This is a 10 suite hotel in a prime location right by the sand dunes. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We met the owners and they were lovely people, which showed us why the staff was also so great. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was the perfect start to the day. We opted for a second floor room to have a view of the beach and were not disappointed. Loved the quietness of relaxing by the pool. Also this place was very clean and had a very zen feeling which we loved. Would definitely stay here if we are back in the area.

We had a wonderful holiday at this exquisite only adults hotel with 10 suites. We felt like staying at a peaceful quiet oasis just steps away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was overlooking the natural reserve of the Maspalomas sand dunes, location is excellent with all services and amenities nearby. The swimming pool entrance is literally on the beach. Everything was perfect, from the sublime freshly cooked breakfast to the super king size bed with the most comfortable mattress you could wish for. Minibar with complimentary wine and daily fresh water, still and sparkling on cristal bottles. Staff could not be more attentive, they are on site available 24 hours. A truly personalised concierge service, we will definitely come back.

Just arrived back literally a day ago and have immediately re.booked. We enjoyed our stay enormously . The location is excellent , as the description says ….Right by the beach The room was first class and the quality of fixtures and fittings , especially the bed !….fantastic . Last but not least the friendliness of all the staff and management made our stay an absolute pleasure . Highly recommended Allan Whittle

On our usual vacation in Gran Canaria in 2022 we were made aware of the impending opening f the 'Ten Suites on the Beach' and subsequently on reading their webpage, we decided to book our 2023 vacation with them. In fairness it has to be said that ascetically that the owners have provided a relaxing and pleasing place. Our suite was quite roomy although lacked sufficient wardrobe and drawer space (we lived out of a suitcase for 2 weeks) and the swimming pool suite which we had booked could cause considerable anxieties for some due to their lack of privacy. We were particularly drawn to this property as their publicity stated 'that one could expect all the services you can expect from a luxury hotel' and that 'we consider our size to be a strength when it comes to offering our clients the best possible service. There was a complete lack of information as to what services were available .'Lunch? - well not today, but perhaps tomorrow and hopefully next week if we have a cook in' 'The Pool Bar?- well it may be open today but it depends on what staff are in. The one service on offer everyday was Breakfast. However, on several days we had to wait over an hour, after sitting down at our table, for ebve4n a coffee or orange juice to appear. We confronted the owners with our concerns describing the the service as chaotic and which they themselves described as 'catastrophic'. Their attention to detail and any concern for our well-being ended there. We arranged a meeting with them on our penultimate day, and the didn't have the common decency to turn up. This property would , in most peoples appraisal, wouldn't get a 2star rating let alone5star and, as such, is grossly overpriced. Take heed - you have been warned!

A highly individualistic hotel which was a great choice for a few nights stay. Location is excellent on the edge of the dunes at the beach front. It is lovely - although design led by the owners - not necessarily by the customers. Very comfortable with a lovely pool strip at the front and a roof terrace above to have breakfast in the sunshine watching over to the beach and crashing surf. Comfy beds , great outlook from the upstairs rooms , powerful showers , good sound-proofing. House-keeping was excellent. Not necessarily deficiencies - but worth knowing : limited storage , no bathrobes , tea tray ( there is a coffee pod machine) , no tissues . Breakfast was mostly very good but a little ‘stiff’ could be more informal and forget the pricing. The fancy electric controls are fun to start with but irritating after a while. Switching on the light invariably opens the curtains - and my wife was amused when the bathroom light went off when I was in the shower and the opaque window to the bedroom became clear to her bemusement. Enjoyed our stay - would recommend over the nearby 5star huge chain hotels- for a few nights anyway !
