La única diferencia entre este albergue juvenil y otros albergues juveniles es que las camas tienen cortinas, el servicio de recepción es muy entusiasta, el baño se limpia con frecuencia y de forma limpia, la cocina es bastante grande con varias áreas, la cama es muy cómoda para dormir, la habitación a veces está sofocante, pero el ventilador eléctrico siempre está funcionando y la circulación del aire es muy buena. Los botones del ascensor para guardar el equipaje no funcionaban, lo cual era un defecto menor, pero estuvo bien después de bajar un piso. Está cerca de todos lados, especialmente si no quieres gastar $20 o más en el autobús del aeropuerto, es muy conveniente tomar el tren urbano y regresar al 901. Hay muchos restaurantes por aquí, así que fui a ver el Abierto de Australia.

Have stayed at both double tree hotel in Jakarta and now Melbourne. There is a stark difference, while the one in Jakarta one, both the hotel design and amenities are starkly much better than on in Melbourne. Just wasn’t sure why there is such a big difference for the same brand of the same rating hotel. The one in Melbourne feels much lower, like a 3-stars hotel design

Es inmediato desde la estación central de trenes frente a la estación Haymarket de toramu (tranvía). Esto es muy útil para los viajeros. También hay una agradable cafetería en el primer piso del edificio, que es perfecta para relajarse mientras toma un café.
El personal de recepción del establecimiento es muy agradable, y siempre hay alguien las 24 horas del día, para que te sientas a gusto. Escuché que hay muchas personas sin hogar alrededor de las instalaciones y que la seguridad por la noche no es buena, por lo que es un buen punto tener personal estacionado allí. Además, después de regresar a Japón, descubrí un error de pago y los contacté por correo electrónico, pero la respuesta fue rápida y cortés.
Viajaba solo en una habitación para cuatro, así que tuve cuidado de no hacer ruido. Sin cortinas y sin privacidad. Las duchas compartidas se limpian todos los días, pero se pueden acumular cabellos cuando las usas. La tarifa de alojamiento es barata y esta titulación es ineludible. Hay un gran comedor en el primer piso donde se puede hervir agua y cocinar. Hay una piscina en la azotea y hay una fiesta en la piscina por la noche, pero parece ser principalmente popular entre los jóvenes. La vista es tan buena que incluso puedes ir a la azotea.
Tanto el check-in como el check-out se pueden realizar online con antelación. Ingrese el mensaje exactamente como está escrito y envíelo. Mensaje completado pronto. Con esto, la recepción del día siguiente fue sencilla con solo mostrar mi pasaporte. Además, fue útil poder completar el procedimiento con anticipación porque era un check-out de medianoche.
Me hospedé en un dormitorio tipo dormitorio por primera vez, pero creo que elegir este hotel fue una buena elección.

La cama de doble me dijo que no tenían dormitorio y que se cambiaba a cama de doble. Efficient and clean hotel. I appreciate that they are trying to be more environmentally friendly by rewarding their guests if you opt out of room service (switching towels, etc) during your stay. Also one thing I really enjoyed was the water pressure in the shower. The simple pleasures :P

Only complaint was the poor sound proof. l can hear noices from neighbouring room clearly. This is a let down that the hotel gotta look into it.

This is my first time staying at Crown Towers Hotel though not my first time coming to Melbourne. The location of Crown Towers Hotel is excellent, easily accessed to attractions, restaurants, museums & aquarium.
The room has beautiful Yarra river scenes, both day and night are marvellous.

UUsuario invitadoEste es un muy bonito resort. El interior es muy limpio y grande. La cama es cómoda y el baño es bueno con jacuzzi. Verá canguros y cockatoos fuera del dormitorio en la mañana y la noche. Mis niños disfrutan de la estancia muy. No obstante, debe cocinar sus propios alimentos o conducir a comer.

SSlim90We were warmly welcomed and assist with the check in by jays. She is friendly and polite making the check in an ease. The room was clean and spacious, the bed were very comfortable. Air con was working well. There’s a kitchen component which was handy as I like fruits. Our room is on the 9 floor and facing very closely to the next building which I felt a little watched. The hotel has a gym and a semi heated indoor pool and sauna which is lovely, you can go anytime without checking the weather. Trams just right below and eateries around, very convenient. On our last day, it was raining and Desmond went beyond and above to shelter us with umbrella to our cab. I had a good deal with the platform I booked with and I think it was value for money for us and we enjoyed ourselves at the hotel. Highly recommend :)

Cons:
- Curtain was not working but we didn't report it cuz we checked in and midnight and will be checking out early the next day
- Located next to a club so you would still hear thumping sound even though we were on the 19th floor. So if you're a light sleeper, better request for higher floors.
- You have to call the reception at the entrance for late check-in as the doors were locked. We didn't notice the instructions to call and thought we were at the side entrance. So we walked around the block until we realized that there was only one entrance.
- Poor bathroom door design that doesn't fully prevent water from wetting the dry areas

CCarvWe booked this new hotel out of curiosity and trust of large brand, but quite disappointed
The hotel located at an area outside t4, next to the big parking building/bus terminal, but there are no/minimum signage/directions leading to the hotel, while only one arrow at the bus terminal pointing at the big building with the large novotel logo, making everyone thinks that we can access the hotel through the well lighted bus terminal with ease, but sadly there is no crossing facilities between the terminal and hotel, you will need to lift your luggages, jaywalking through two car lane and climbing up the lane islands if you dont want to walk back 200m for the unnoticeable correct route; in fact the only route leading to the hotel from the airport is the side walk OPPOSITE to the big arrow with poor lightings and no signage at all. As a tourist with heavy luggage, thanks for offering the chance to weight lifting. When we arrived and reflect the problem, concierge said they also received similar complains. So nothing has been done to correct the nonsense and good luck to all the up coming visitors.
The room is decent to be honest and with a clear view facing the car park building we mentioned earlier, no much to see yet no problem for us too. Bed is soft and comfortable allowing us to have some good rest. However, theres an empty black bottle in the rubbish bin i believed to be the leftover from the last guest, hope the housekeeper can have a closer look in the future.
Some facilities have great designs that i would like to greet the designer/procurement and admire their mastermind for installing those equipment and challenge the wisdom of humankind. For instance: the anti-intuitive shower switch for change to top shower or handheld shower head, it is semi cylinder disguised as part of wall mount of the top shower, which is about 1.9m - 2m from the ground, for those who cant find the switch and not tall enough will have to stick with what was preset. Second, the hot water dispenser at the breakfast bar, you can simply press the two buttons on top and nothing would happen, turns out there is an extra sensor you need to block with your thumb and use another finger to press the buttons on top, this can encourage guests to give up on the hot water if no one is around to ask.
The breakfast is the most disappointing part, frankly all quality are high standard but the choices are few and basic, simply bacons/ eggs/ veges/ salad/ hams (well the mushrooms are very impressive though), there is also a honey hive (with a rectangular frame) but mostly empty at the middle (at the time of 7am) where the side are hard to spoon out, ppl try very hard but the loose stands make it even harder to spoon out, the frame eventually collapse and guest gave up to take the hive. No staff notice/try to fix the collapsed honey hive/ change to a new one during my whole breakfast ( around half an hour) and remain the same when we left. The pancakes supposed to be eat with the honey are dry and inedible imo too.
The price for the hotel is not cheap comparing to the nearing but the standard does not meet up with the price, facilities are new and thats the only advantage on the table.
PS: the hotel offer free shuttle to the terminals too, try to mention and book for your shuttle as there are only 3-4 seats if everyone have large luggages, otherwise the concierge will be surprised you did not ask for this hidden service with no mentioning during check in and no timetable ever provided when you check with them in the morning.

UUsuario anónimoEste hotel es el servicio más peor de todas las cabinas de la vida. El personal en general no está en el corazón, el teléfono de la recepción y el servicio de habitaciones nunca han sido recibidos. Algunas veces nos hemos preparado para correr por nosotros mismos y comunicar con la recepción. El hotel no tiene un baño, es la primera vez que conozco.

No se recomienda para los viajeros internacionales que no tengan suficientes gastos en sus teléfonos para completar 3 formularios, luego descargar y configurar una aplicación que requiere constantes conexiones a Internet y Bluetooth.
La reserva requería múltiples métodos inseguros de compartir los detalles de la tarjeta de crédito y los documentos de identificación junto con 2 formularios para completar con los detalles personales y una aplicación para descargar para acceder a la entrada del edificio, Elevador y Apartamento.
No me había dado ninguna de estas informaciones antes de la reserva. No me habría quedado aquí si hubiera sabido el grado de transmisión insegura de la información personal y la cantidad de administración y trabajo necesarios para entrar y permanecer una noche. La gestión está poniendo en riesgo los datos personales de los huéspedes con las solicitudes de documentación excesivas.
FYI, exigir a alguien que envíe fotos de tarjetas de crédito y de identidad por correo electrónico es totalmente inseguro, lo que es extraño con la seguridad excesiva para entrar en el edificio.
La necesidad constante de llevar su teléfono en todas partes o de estar cerrada del apartamento o incluso el edificio entero fue extremadamente estresante.
En cuanto a la habitación real, una vez que entró, la cama, la cocina, el salón y los pisos estaban limpios, pero el baño no había sido limpiado durante mucho tiempo. No fue agradable. Puedes ver partes bajo el rim no habían sido limpias en años. La casa de baño no se había utilizado de forma adecuada en el momento de la llegada.
En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de Galicia, donde se encuentran las paredes de la ciudad de Galicia.
La vista era agradable y el salón era grande, el estudio nook era muy útil para el trabajo remoto.

BBee LoongPrepaid S$575.33 for booking a room for 2nights from May 22-24. Front desk charged to my credit card again upon checkout for A$586.16 (S$543.59). He didnt realise the double charge until I brought to his attention. He apologised and reversed the charge, & assured me there wont be a credit card admin fee charged. However, when I received my credit card statement, it shows I was charged S$39.04 being FX & bank fee for the mistake the front desk staff made. I’ve been following up with Sheraton MEL since July 10 on this matter but no news after July 26 when I gave the bank information as requested by Mr Kajal Gaurav to process the refund.
Till today Aug 21, I have yet to receive the refund. I have emailed several times to Sheraton but no one is replying. I am still waiting to hear from anyone copied in the email correspondence to provide an explanation and if I will still be receiving $39.04.
Meanwhile, I’d still like to thank David, the housekeeping staff, who was extremely helpful during my stay.

UUsuario invitadoWe booked and paid for a deluxe written room which looked really move in the pics on the website. The room we ended up with was a family room which was nothing like the pics and when I tried to talk to one of the staff about this he acted like he didn't understand what the issue was and asked if we wanted him to take some of the beds out of the room. Pretty disgusted. Also the bed was like sleeping on a slab of cement
