The hotel is located in prime Melbourne CBD area where Chinatown and major shopping malls are just within walking distance. The room is clean and bed is comfy. Smart TV is available that you could login to your Netflix and YouTube account. Access to guest floors is not so convenient during our stay as maintenance work is carrying out and we have to walk via the staff tunnel to get to our floor. The shower design is something that caught us off guard as there’s no door attached to it. Water just leaks out to the floor and the whole bathroom was flooded every night after we shower. Not sure if doors could be installed, but it will be less of a hassle for the cleaning staff to work on every day and better experience for guests. Overall, it’s a good hotel and I will recommend it to anyone who’s traveling to Melbourne city.

Before I went to Melbourne, I had had the negative experience of Mercure in Thailand and I didn't want to choose it, to be honest, but I didn't have any choice because the price and location were better than other places. Wow. I was surprise because everything was unexpected I can say thanks to the hotel 1.The location is good and it is located in the CBD. Convenient transportation, lots of Asian restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores. It is not far from the place I had to work. 2.The staff are great and helpful with service mind. Yes, I found a Thai girl staff who is really nice. We received the good service. Even though, the policy is they clean the room 1 in 3 days, but I was ok because we had to save the world. 3.The size of the room is small and the size of the beds were small too but enough for sleeping well and everything in the room was clean and function well. 4.No water bottles. I understood that we had to drink water from the tab. I was used to it because I knew it well, but my boss was not used to it and couldn't accept this. Please make the remark in the booking or put a paper in the room so that some people can prepare themselves for this culture. However, thanks for the milk in the fridge. Just positive experiences with this hotel this time. Thanks to you all

La ubicación es ideal para mí, ya que no tengo problemas de caminar por la calle. El hotel es un poco viejo. Me dio una habitación que me llevó más de 1 minuto para llegar desde el ascensor ... Es un poco de molestia si uno está llevando artículos pesados. Pero me alegra que fue tranquilo donde mi habitación estaba Aprecie el té, el café y el azúcar proporcionados. La habitación de hotel es muy agradable.

Es inmediato desde la estación central de trenes frente a la estación Haymarket de toramu (tranvía). Esto es muy útil para los viajeros. También hay una agradable cafetería en el primer piso del edificio, que es perfecta para relajarse mientras toma un café. El personal de recepción del establecimiento es muy agradable, y siempre hay alguien las 24 horas del día, para que te sientas a gusto. Escuché que hay muchas personas sin hogar alrededor de las instalaciones y que la seguridad por la noche no es buena, por lo que es un buen punto tener personal estacionado allí. Además, después de regresar a Japón, descubrí un error de pago y los contacté por correo electrónico, pero la respuesta fue rápida y cortés. Viajaba solo en una habitación para cuatro, así que tuve cuidado de no hacer ruido. Sin cortinas y sin privacidad. Las duchas compartidas se limpian todos los días, pero se pueden acumular cabellos cuando las usas. La tarifa de alojamiento es barata y esta titulación es ineludible. Hay un gran comedor en el primer piso donde se puede hervir agua y cocinar. Hay una piscina en la azotea y hay una fiesta en la piscina por la noche, pero parece ser principalmente popular entre los jóvenes. La vista es tan buena que incluso puedes ir a la azotea. I had a lovely stay at Brady Hotel! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, but one thing to watch out for is the shower design. Since it doesn’t have a door, water tends to spill out, which can be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would definitely stay here again!

Estaba ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, en la zona gratuita del tranvía, por lo que pude viajar cómodamente. La cama y la ropa de cama estaban limpias y no olían mal. Hay varios baños dentro y fuera del pasillo. Fue agradable que el baño y la ducha estuvieran juntos y pudieran usarse de forma privada. Lo limpiaban cada 5 horas, así que estaba bastante limpio, pero había muchos huéspedes, así que a veces olía mal. Todo el personal fue amable y explicó las cosas bien. Si vuelvo a Melbourne, planeo visitarla nuevamente porque la relación costo-beneficio es muy buena.

No me sorprende que sea bueno, no espero nada coz es un hotel presupuestario, pero todavía era más allá de mis expectativas. La cama de doble me dijo que no tenían dormitorio y que se cambiaba a cama de doble. Les dije que estoy completamente bien con eso y me dieron un comentario tarde como un compliment y soy super feliz coz realmente necesito el comentario tarde 😬

The service at the hotel was friendly, but the standard, accepting that it is a low cost hotel was below what I was expecting… all furniture has chips of paint missing and the couch and curtains have noticeable small rips, general discolouration and just a general worn down look. The bathroom and kitchen especially could do with a really deep clean… just some extra attention to washing down walls and nooks and crannies on top of the standard check out wipe over to actually make it appear more than surface clean… It’s really the small things; to provide 5 small bottles of shampoo and not conditioner, (asked the cleaners and they said no conditioner is issued) but claim to provide toiletries… no hairdryer, only 2 towels for one person for 2 nights; to provide a clothes washer but not laundry liquid to wash your clothes… but 6 tablets for the dishwasher? Odd choices that all added to my unwillingness to stay at this hotel again or recommend it. I did enjoy the gym also the locations proximity to Aldi for clothes washing liquid, conditioner, and cleaning wipes so i could feel comfortable sitting in a dirty room..

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how much more upscale it felt compared to other hotels in the Franklin Street at the same price point. The facilities, including the indoor pool and gym, were great additions and made the stay feel more luxurious. The reception area was well-maintained and the staff was professional, giving a very positive first impression. Our room, which was for three people, was just the right size for us. It comfortably fit two large suitcases and a smaller one without feeling cramped. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a well-equipped, comfortable stay with a touch of class.

Aunque el gorrión es pequeño, tiene todos los órganos internos y es muy rentable.
