Staying at Taiba Madinah Hotel for the second time has only reaffirmed what I already knew—this hotel is special because of its incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. While the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, it is the exceptional service from the staff that keeps bringing me back. The Waitstaff – The Heart of the Restaurant One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the restaurant team, who go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Asiqur Rahman, Ariful Islam, Sihab, and Humayun are simply outstanding. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine kindness make a world of difference. • Asiqur Rahman is incredibly attentive and always on hand to ensure that guests are comfortable. He notices the little things, whether it’s topping up water, adjusting seating for comfort, or remembering guest preferences. • Ariful Islam has a natural warmth and friendliness that makes dining here feel like being among family. He is always smiling and makes a real effort to connect with guests, ensuring everyone feels valued. • Sihab is a model of efficiency. He works tirelessly, ensuring that orders arrive on time and that the dining area runs smoothly. Despite how busy it gets, he always remains calm and collected. • Humayun adds a personal touch to the dining experience. He always checks in with guests to make sure everything is perfect, and his attention to detail does not go unnoticed. These four gentlemen truly set the standard for hospitality. Their teamwork, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests make every meal a delightful experience. Their warmth is the reason I look forward to dining here every day. Breakfast Excellence – Sohel’s Legendary Omelets and Pancakes Mornings at Taiba Madinah Hotel wouldn’t be the same without Sohel, the breakfast chef who prepares the best omelets and pancakes I have ever had. He is a true master of his craft, carefully preparing each dish to perfection. Watching him work is a pleasure—his skill and dedication shine through in every plate he serves. Restaurant Cleanliness – A Shining Example A special mention must go to Zafar and Shahporan, the restaurant’s cleaners, who keep the dining area spotless. No matter how busy the restaurant gets, they maintain an impeccable standard of cleanliness, ensuring that every table is ready for the next guest. Their hard work does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated. Leadership at its Best – Rezaul, the Captain Overseeing this incredible team is Rezaul, the restaurant captain, whose leadership ensures that everything runs smoothly. Room Service & Housekeeping – The Unsung Heroes The same high level of service extends beyond the restaurant. Mohammed Ariful Islam, who handles food service for in-room dining, is always prompt and professional. Jahangir, from housekeeping, maintains the rooms to an impecc

Only good thing is that, hotel is near to gate 310. Apart from that this is an average two star hotel . Room 17 on 2nd floor I stayed which had dump smell and wet carpet due to fridge leaking for long time. After complaining they say someone will come and have a look. Nothing was done.Very poor service, very poor management. If it was in England they will be closed down for health and safety reasons.

Really amazing hotel stay! The location is perfect, it is pretty much the nearest hotel to the women's gate which was ideal as I could walk to and from the Masjid by myself (less than a minute from Haram gate to hotel lobby). The service there was exceptional: staff got us taxis, packed us up a breakfast to take with us on an early train ride to Makkah and checked once a day to make sure we had everything we needed. The room service was exceptionally well priced (£6 for a pasta dish large enough to share), it tasted good and was really quick. The décor wasn't particularly modern but everything was comfortable and clean, bonus points for great views of the Haram. I will definitely be recommending it to family and friends, and will be staying there again if the opportunity arises.

I am a guest at the hotel from 13.-17. December, room 713. I give it two stars for the Haram view and the possibility of early check-in otherwise it would be the fewest possible stars. Otherwise, it is a bad experience to be here. I have booked a club room with access to the executive lounge. The club rooms are usually somewhat more expensive. But the Lounge usually offers good options for ad libitum drinks and snacks as well as afternoon tea and evening canapés. However, the executive lounge is closed, and we were informed on arrival. Nevertheless, we were told that they should probably ensure our satisfaction. The next morning, I talked to Bassam who says that I can just call room service as many times as I want and order anything I could think of. I told him that it would be too much to call room service several times, but I shouldn’t think about that he said. I made sure several times that I had understood it correctly. Bassam states that he will send some snacks at 2pm on the same day as a start. Since nothing is sent to us at around 3-4pm the same day, I call room service myself and order something and be told it is chargeable. I inform about the agreement I had with Bassam. Then I get half of my order and a condescending “it's all free” message. They forget that I have prepaid extra for my access to the executive lounge. I call later and order a latte macchiato, but to my surprise they don’t have it. I’m told they only have Latte. I order that and an espresso with some dessert/small cakes. They send takeaway coffee with cookies from Starbucks and a bill that I refuse to pay. They then call back and forth several times with the first notification that it is chargeable, and the bill must be paid. I inform them of my agreement with Bassam, but that I do not want any unprofessional takeaway coffee in a disposable mug and ask them for proper coffee in a cup and that they must pick up what they had left for me. Then someone else calls and apologize for the misunderstanding and that it is free anyway. A third person then calls and demands payment anyway. I talk to the reception before I write a review and it is promised that they will fix it. Already a whole day has passed without using our access to Lounge facilities and worst experience ever by an unprofessional staff. We dropped it completely and didn’t think about it anymore. The next day, Bassam calls and apologize for the whole misunderstanding and that it was not handled correctly, etc. and that it was now in place. They then send some snacks with small cheese snacks, fruit and breakfast pastries in the afternoon. I call room service in the evening to order, among other things, cold and hot mezza, dessert and drinks and am told again that it is for a fee. I refer again to Bassam and then he calls himself and states that it is not included in the Lounge dishes! I inform that it is standard with a minimum of cold and hot mezza as well as salads and dessert in the Lounge fa

Dated rooms but comfortable. Lovely staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Excellent location. Women’s side a bit further but all walkable and very close. Good eating places close by. Convenient for everything including shopping. Highly recommend.

One - two minutes walking distance to Al-Haram. The room is big and very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Amenities and toiletries are complete. Two Flat TVs in the bedroom and living room were working well. Wifi was very fast. There are 5 elevators available in this hotel. Many souvenir shops, supermarket, restaurants nearby Hotel. Staffs are humble, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Abdulrahman Sawwaf. InshaAllah I will stay at this hotel again.
