The property is located at the heart of Mazatlan, Mexico. If you have not visited, this is an incredible town that still holds its original feel/vibe of a fisherman's village, and hasn't been transformed into a "tourist trap". Our property is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment on the 21st floor of the recently built Courtyard Marriott hotel, while all the building safety regulations were followed, this property is not affiliated to the hotel. It has a private separate entrance and elevators as well as a separate parking structure. As soon as you walk into the apartment you're going to be mesmerized by the gorgeous ocean view, practically from any place of the apartment you will get to enjoy unobstructed view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and Island "Venados" which happens to be about a mile and a half away. The kitchen is quite spacious and fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom a queen size bed. There is a nice dining table and a comfortable living room. The apartment is around 1,500 SQFT and has a nice balcony to enjoy the sunsets. Close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, spas, and many other attractions. This is a beachfront property so you are an elevator click away from the best beach in town. The property has a small gym and an amazing infinity pool on the 26th floor (rooftop).
