El mejor lugar que hemos permanecido en nuestro viaje. La oficina del frente fue excelente, la habitación fue fabulosa. Vamos a permanecer aquí de nuevo y también probar cualquier otro sitio. Ya le hemos recomendado a muchos!

El lugar estaba en buenas condiciones, fue bueno para la noche que tuvimos que pasar ahí. También el servicio para llegar al aeropuerto fue bueno.

On 06/13/2024, my family checked in the hotel in room 217. The room appeared very cleaned; my granddaughter decided to rest. She pull the cover back and saw a small bug crawling in the bed & the sheets & mattress were very soiled & dirty. After checking on google lens, it revealed it was a bedbug. I took it to the front desk clerk. She ask for the cup & refused to give it back. Also, she refused to provide her name. She stated, she will refund all of our money and she proceeded to check us out. After checking my credit card statement, she charged my card. I will be disputing it with my credit card company. Bedbug problem at Microtel by Hilton- Kansas City Airport in Room 217. Please stay away!!!

Check in was easy. The person at reception could have been a bit friendlier. After a long day of driving, the last thing you want to deal with is someone who is unhappy. The room itself was a good size. The hotel was quite busy but was quiet. The worst part of this stay was getting up in the morning to go for breakfast and get cold coffee. Normally the coffee at Hampton is fresh and hot, this I think was leftover from the night before. Very disappointing. I did grab a hot coffee on the way back up to the room. Whoever is preparing breakfast - coffee should be done FIRST!!!! There was a snowfall over night. There was a cleaning crew out before we went to bed and they put down salt. That helped so thank you for that. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Good job!

What a fantastic surprise! We came to visit family and ended up sending 4th of July grilling at the hotel (they had a gas grill and provided spatula and grill fork)! My kids enjoyed the pool. My son and his cousin enjoyed the basketball court. The entire family was able to enjoy dinner on the patio and the move in to the dining hall. Wonderful room that was comfortable and spacious, as well as other facilities! Great trip! This is the only place we will stay when we come back!

From the time you walk in you are greeted buy one of the nicest front desk clerk. Each of the clerks we meet were excellent. Our stay was for 6 days and each day was fantastic. Our room was clean and comfortable. Each morning they served up a great breakfast. Every day was slightly different and the two individuals that worked the breakfast area were as nice as they could be and they always kept it clean. We are so glad we selected Springhill Suites it is now are hotel of choice when we visit Kansas City Missouri. You won’t regret it.
