Bel Azur Beach Residence with Lov

It is a very calm and relaxing area to stay. The location is ideal, 10-20 minutes by car from the bustling areas of Mont Choisy and Grand Baie. The living space and the kitchen are very clean and spacious and there is a large balcony with amazing views of the sea and the pool. The bedrooms are also clean and spacious, with very comfy beds. The bathroom was the only negative point of this accomodation. The glass panel of the bath was not adapted for its size and the shower head was not fixed properly resulting in water flooding the entire bathroom, no matter how careful we were. The shower in the second bedroom had too much grout on the tiles. Some of the towels were also slightly stained. No shampoo provided and only a very small amount of body lotion provided with was not ideal. There are ample parking outsite, lots of pool chairs and umbrellas and pool itself is fabulous even if it not the biggest. The check in process needs to be reviewed as it is very confusing, we were only given a code for a lockbox but could not find anything onsite and we were not given our room number beforehand. Luckily we had someone local with us with a Mauritian Sim card to call someone. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would stay there again in the future if some changes in the bathrooms are made and the checkin process reviewed.

we stayed 10 days in Mauritius and 5 into this place within an amazing villa. great place, quite, easy to move with a rental car compagny near by, supermarket not far, you can take the bus. the villa was really great ; the beach in front is not super nice but the view is great in particular the sunset

Spent a wonderful weekend at Bon Azur. Many thanks to Tirousha for facilitating the booking and for proposing us Apt A3. We totally enjoyed its proximity to the garden and pool. Thanks again. We will surely book again 👍

Zwei Wohlfühlwochen! Eine Unterkunft wie man sie nur sehr selten findet. Großes, komfortables Apartment in dem nichts gefehlt hat. Ein Service, der auf alle Wünsche eingegangen ist. Ein sehr gut gepflegter Pool. Direkt vor der Anlage eine gute Küche. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Aprés le paiement, l'agence ne vous répond plus, malgré des relances incesssantes sur les les accesoires manquants et sur les dysfonctionnement sciament cachés!!! ( via washapp)... - Aucum accueil à l' arrivée, aucune indication.... ont est rester 1h a l'exterieur en attendant que le gérant daigne venir nous donner des indications futiles. - Personnel qui ne communiquent pas! , qui vous ballade,Gérant fuyant... qui bidouillent.. - Annonce mensongére( pas de TV dans les chambres, pas de fer à repasser). Ménage grossiérement fait!!! - Infiltration plafond humidité chambre, + infiltration terrase, TABLE À MANGER ( IMPOSSIBILITÉ D' UTILISER LA TERRASSE). - Chambres Inutilisable pendant 4 jours!!! Photo à lappuie... - AUCUNE EXSUCE, NI RETOUR DE L'AGENCE BY LOV, nous sommes repartir sans avoir vu aucum menbre de by lov bel azur ! INADMISSIBLE. - Vacances en familles à 4 gâcher au BEL AZUR by lov.... - FORTEMENT DÉCONSEILLER..A FUIR - BY LOV malhonnête!!! Aucum SCRUPULE .
