A really lovely hotel with a wide selection of bars and restaurants. We stated in a Villa which was excellent, spacious and well laid out. For the golfer there is access to two top class golf courses, otherwise you’ve A gym, tennis/padel, and a spa. It is also well placed to visit the national park

We have had an amazing 10 days at the Heritage Villas on the Gourmet Bliss all inclusive package. We’ve enjoyed the gym, paddle, golf and the pool and beach areas. Nothing has been too much trouble for the wonderful staff and the choice of restaurants has been fantastic we’ve only eaten in the same place twice out of choice! There’s no doubt we’d recommend the resort and the Islas of Mauritius - we’ll be back !

The place was beautiful it felt like a vacation within a vacation. The villa was super clean everything was organized and had all we needed , The whole resort was dreamy so calm and relaxing , The photos on booking don’t do it justice I really hope they update them . Breakfast at C Beach was okay the menu was limited but the coffee was really good. Huge thanks to Charlene and Adarsh for the las minute reservation at Annabella’s which was one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had . The staff all around the resort were amazing super friendly helpful always smiling and very professional Heritage is lucky to have such a great team and especially Charlenewho helped us with the check-out she was thoughtful calm and handled everything smoothly. Also Pritesh was the first to welcome us and made our check-in quick and effortless he was really friendly and very professional and made a great first impression . One thing that didn’t really make sense is that the villa is for 6 people but they only offer a golf cart with 4 seats and they’re strict about it ,The villa is a bit far from the beach and the restaurants so it wasn’t convenient .They do offer a shuttle bus but I wanted to enjoy the weather not sit on a bus . The place is absolutely magical and definitely one of the places I’d love to stay at again for the next Mauritius trip . جميل لا تترددون.

Heritage hold its name deep down in its roots, from the modern and luxurious villas to the core of Mauritian historical sites in the south, style of living, its warmth, its welcoming, the caring for their customers are no equal to other hotels i’ve personally checked in. Every staff knew what had to be done and pushing beyond what was required. This was Admirable! We did not expect that! Ms. Charlene took the guest relationship to a whole new level! Stephanie and Pritesh did the same as well. We must not forget the phenomenal Nicolas at Heritage Awali! This guy could make your day even if there was a funeral! To say that Heritage the villas is, to me, one of the best in terms of FULLY-equipped villas, amenities, response time, customer service, caring, loving, polite and patiently waiting for your requests! ‘’Those people never sleep !’’ The shuttle service was awesome!!! I am personally fond to think that their surpassing for client satisfaction made everyone’s day over the last weekend! The Heritage team is a phenomenal! Thank you loads for what you did for mum’s 60th birthday! We will come back! Jeffrey.

We thoroughly enjoyed an amazing week staying at Villa 81. The staff are amazing, genuinely kind, and caring - going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The golf courses are world-class, and there is so much for the kids to do (the sunset reef snorkle comes highly recommended). A special shout out to Samy, who transported us around the resort. His smiling disposition made us feel right at home. The restaurants offer a good variety of cuisine styles to cater to different tastes, and there are hidden gems dotted around the resort. We had a wonderful week celebrating a special 50th birthday, and I'd highly recommend a visit. We will be back.

What an amazing week in Mauritius staying at a villa at the Heritage resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Our flight landed early in the morning, before check in, but Melanie and the team helped us check in and then took us to the restaurant so we could have breakfast. We then back to the reception where they had a room where we could get freshened up and changed before we went to explore the resort. This was great as we made the most of the time and gathered our bearings, whilst waiting for our villa to be ready Melanie then escorted us to our villa and gave us a tour, as well as showing us how to use our gold buggy and how to get to and from the resort in 5 mins. The villa was stunning, a home away from home with all the amenities you need for a family, kitchen, living room, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, pool and outside seating areas and of course a laundry room. The views from our pool and bedroom balconies were beautiful! We went for the gourmet bliss package (all inclusive) and this was great as all of our meals, drinks and mid afternoon treats were included. We made the most of this where we could, eating at pretty much every restaurant at least once, and then on the day we were out exploring, they organised a picnic for us to take with us. The golf club also has a restaurant which overlooks the golf course and mountains, we really enjoyed this as it was a la carte and never busy, unlike Annabella’s where most of the hotel guests seem to go. The pools, activity centre and beach were so clean and well maintained, we loved spending time at the Heritage Telfair pool and watching the sunset from the beach. Telfair is a more chilled vibe, a lot less busy and more lighter tones, whereas Awali is definitely more busy and upbeat with wooden, earthly tones. We’re so glad we decided to stay in a villa as we got to have our own space but use all of the facilities across the resort, it never felt like it was too far to get to. I can’t thank all the front of house team and catering teams enough!

This was our second trip to Heritage Villas Bel Ombre. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the size and comfort of our villa. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and came with a private pool that we enjoyed every day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it easy and convenient for us to cook meals almost daily. The villa's location was perfect—offering stunning views and plenty of sunshine for relaxing. Having access to the nearby hotels amenities, including the gym and spa addes to our enjoyable experience. The Villas reception were helpful every step of the way and assisted us with restaurant, golf and outdoor experience bookings. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and we’re already looking forward to returning soon.
