The corner lot and plentiful trees provide privacy, but the location is still convenient to all the resort has to offer. Inside the home you'll find multiple cozy seating areas flooded with natural light from the large windows and skylights. Living spaces both upstairs and downstairs provide some separation for the noisier members of your group. Enjoy meals from the fully stocked kitchen, or have a cookout on the deck using the gas grill. Stage a foosball tournament in the game room, try out the multiplayer arcade game, or soak your stress away in the hot tub! Washer and dryer are available. The driveway fits 2-4 cars depending on size. Extra cars may be parked in resort lots. SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed. Fires are strictly prohibited at this property. You are not allowed to build a campfire or use a firepit/barrel - A minimum fine of $700 will be assessed to cover local fines, as well as any direct damage/cleanup expenses will be billed back. This home has a gas grill - Charcoal is not allowed. If you use charcoal in the gas grill you will be billed for damages (including but not limited to a new grill.) If any items are unplugged from an outlet or device (like a tv), please be sure to plug it back in before checkout Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors Turn off all lights when leaving the property. Please read the checkout instruction on the refrigerator and in the Welcome Book. Note that check out is at 10 AM. Interior locked closets are off limits to guests Only registered guests are to be in the house Leave the doors and windows closed if the heat or AC is in use Trash must be taken to the dumpster near the house at check out. A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed. Pet Rules -We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken. -Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly. -Must be crated when in the house alone. -Stay off all furniture. -Must have advance notice of pet on property. -Can not be left alone outside. **Reminder - the pet fee will be invoiced AFTER initial booking and is not included.
