Sea Mist Resort

The laundry machine stained all of our clothing. They are not wearable any more. Staff is friends and willing to listen to our issue but no resolution.

We exchanged to visit this resort due to one of the few resorts with a full kitchen on Cape Cod. The staff really tries to make your stay worthwhile. However, the lack of renovations shows. Renovations appear to be done one building at a time. Buildings have shudders that are different colors as you approach each individual building. Doors are different colors, some within the same building. Units need major upgrades and renovations.

Stayed here after being at another part of the Cape and I knew it was a mistake as soon as we walked in. Even though the front desk staff was friendly and the room was spacious, I immediate regretted my decision to stay there. The hotel is old and is in need of a big update. The hallway smelled a bit when we walked in too. The bathroom had spiders and spider webs which made me think it hadn’t been throughly cleaned. When we contacted the front desk they said they would send someone to attend to it and spray. There were still some webs and we found more spiders in the bedroom the next day. The rooms and furniture are old and tired with some stains on various pieces. At night we could hear the creaking of the bed in the room above us. The property is wooded and while there are amenities such as a tennis court and mini golf, they aren’t particularly well kept and the mini gift could be improved just by some pruning. The outdoor pool was nice and quiet and there was an indoor pool which was nice to have. The location is not ideal and I would not stay in the area again. The only thing the town seems to offer is the Commons and the limited restaurants were crowded with longs waits. It was a bit of a drive to anything we would want to do which added to the inconvenience. While we saved money staying there, I would never do it again and would have left early had we not prepaid. I would look elsewhere to truly enjoy your time in the cape.

Enjoyable stay. Plenty of living space. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Nice pool and small fitness room.

Extra amenities and great location make Sea Mist an ideal choice and a good trade. Spacious unit on pleasant park-like property. Near Falmouth, ferries, beach, golf and shopping. One of the nicest timeshares we've stayed in recently.

The location is convenient and the building we stayed in was very quiet with woods all around us. Our unit was 2 bath, kitchen, LR, and very large bedroom upstairs. It was much bigger than expected. There is no coffee, shampoo, or conditioner provided. The bed was very comfortable and the room was so quiet. The only thing we did not appreciate was the 10:00am check out. Unlike other resorts, check out is typically 11:00am. Seemed a little early. That is their policy and they strictly enforce it. On the other hand, they did let us check in 1/2 hour early.
