The condo features: - 1,000 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 floor space perfect for a family with kids, a couple, or young adults - Downstairs master bedroom features a queen bed, while upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and one single bed (for various sleeping arrangements). - Double height supreme queen size air mattress for use. - Each bedroom has its own bathroom with large shower/bathtub. - Shampoo, body wash, bathroom amenities are available for use. - Central air/heating, wifi, cable tv, and washer/dryer. - Kitchen with stove, toaster, microwave and all needed utensils/pots and pans - Dining room with a bar cart to eat and relax in - Regular coffee maker, Keurig, and espresso machine. - Spacious table for 4-5 guests with chairs with a gas grill. We take extra cleaning precautions. In addition to regular cleaning between rentals, we are disinfecting all high touch surfaces areas (kitchens, bathrooms, doorknobs, door handles, etc). We are providing high quality cleaning products as well should you stay longer and require self-cleaning abilities. We also regularly steam clean all rugs, carpets and furniture. The Cape is a perfect getaway.
