Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel St. Louis

The hotel is very "cozy" and reminds me of a Swiss Ski Resort! The bar had a great menu and a lot to choose from. The bartender and front desk staff was great! It was a plus to have the airport shuttle complimentary it saved me $100 in ubers. They had comp parking if you do drive to the hotel.

My mother taught me that when I don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all ;) Time for a renovation!! there's very little to share as much of the accommodations were dated and in need of updating. The bathroom had mold, the ceilings were in need of paint, the carpet was dated and sticky. Bathroom caulk was sad. It's time for renovations !!

I stayed here with friends last week and it is an aging hotel that needs some help. The pool was so cold, like May swimming and over run with unsupervised pre teen kids. Parking is good and free. Surprisingly, this Marriott branded hotel carries Coke products and has hotel vending machines. Nice!

I wouldn't willingly stay here again. It smells weird and feels dated. The fridge in the room smelled like something died in it and when we said something to management, they sent somebody in to 'fix' it. This means they sprayed something so strongly scented into the fridge it flavored the food we tried to put in it. We talked to management again and they sent someone up to replace the appliance. Turns out the plugged in cords were broken and not connected. Then the air conditioner went out. They sent someone up to replace the air conditioner. The phone in the room didn't work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and the rest of the bathroom wasn't clean. The tv was old and the remote only worked if you stood in one place and pointed it at a specific spot. Apparently the people in the next room got theirs to work because they blasted it all night long. The bathroom was cramped and grungy. The carpet was dirty. The continental breakfast they put out is not free but they don't tell you that and it's pricey. The staff is super nice though. They have a free shuttle to the airport and they do put out free, fresh coffee in the morning. It's too bad, this could be a sweet little hotel. As is, it's just not worth the money.

Great Stay, I highly recommend this hotel if in the area. It is so close to a great place to eat. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. All staff at this location were great. The hotel restaurant and bar also provided excellent food and service This is overall a great place to stay.

This place is old and needs renovation. While there are plans to remodel the rooms, there are bigger problems. The front desk staff needs to be replaced or trained. My room was old and tired but not dirty. However, the biggest problem I had is that there was something wrong with my thermostat. It worked the first night, but around 8 am, the window unit began blowing extremely hot air. The thermostat was unresponsive. When I got back to my room around lunch time, the room was so hot, I couldn’t stand being there . I informed the front desk employee, which was the same one who checked me in (rude and didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I travel often and she was awful.) She told me they’d fix it that afternoon. When I got back to my room at 10 pm, it wasn’t fixed and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come, he confirmed it was close to 100 degrees in the room. He was able to fix it, but I didn’t get to sleep until midnight. My Bonvoy room credits are also missing so now I have to call back multiple times to deal with that. A cluster from start to finish. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is that the bartender was awesome. I don’t know his name but he was great. The waitress in the breakfast area was also good.
