Over all a good stay.
Would like to specially mention Mr Biswajeet for giving us an excellent service.
Location of property is also very convenient.
Over all a good property.
Just need to imporve on F&B part.

it was very bad experience staying in the hotel. no proper service. No phones are working. no TV in the rooms. I had go to reception to give my food order so that I can eat. Noone was there to come and take the order. guest does not get freedom to pay the bills while checkout. I was asked to pay as and when I order anything as the guest will run away without paying the bills.

Inside the room no TV available and AC doesn’t cool the room. So Please don’t go please try another resort / hotel

Good location but room were not good. The floor was full of moisture and even the door lock was not proper. Service from staff was good. Collectively I would give average rating to the hotel.

I did not like the promotion of the hotel, the food here was also not good, there was no TV in the room, there was no WiFi, the services were also not good, I had to carry the luggage myself, there was no car parking, had to park on the roadside, the was also hotel ret too much, as per the hotel rate

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The lobby is beautiful, and the check-in process was seamless. Our room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect—close to all the major attractions but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

The staff was so rude there was no parking no location for driver to sit or sleep.The pool was pretty dirty. Water from the washroom came to room it was very unpleasant experience please do not visit here

rooms were clean and hygiene only problem is that they had just started the hotel as it was under renovation so the kitchen has a limited dishes . otherwise it's was nice stay
