Hello, I am still waiting for the reimbursement of my rental costs in the amount of 548.00 euros. I cancelled my stay immediately on arrival after inspecting the site and did not use the mobile home. The reason was extremely unfriendly staff both in the reception and in the restaurant. I could not imagine a rest on this place. I was told that a cancellation is only allowed in special cases and none of these cases would apply to me. This is what it says in the terms and conditions. The receptionist held up a piece of paper. She would discuss it with her supervisor and inform me by email. That has not happened to date. So far so good. However, when I booked online on their website, I could not find the terms and conditions anywhere. They do not exist there and therefore the rental contract of the motorhome is not valid. I would like to ask them to solve the problem together with me.
