Bed sheet was too small to be tucked in and so rucked up immediately leading to a restless night of sleep. Coffee machine did not work correctly needing three functions to deliver a full cup of coffee. Evening meal was very pleasant and enjoyable

Considering the size and location of the hotel, it is quite surprising that there are no EV charging stations available in the car park. While I understand that the NEC has charging facilities, they are quite a distance away and there is no convenient transport back to the hotel. Additionally, the parking fees seem a bit steep, especially when guests are not offered any discounts for staying at the hotel and are also required to pay for NEC car parking. Given the amount of business the hotel attracts, it would be beneficial to consider subsidizing the car park costs. Furthermore, the toasters at breakfast were ineffective in warming the bread, even after multiple attempts and adjusting the settings as instructed. The breakfast service could be improved by ensuring that the food is kept hot and well-stocked. As for the coffee provided in the Premier Inn Plus rooms, it was of poor quality and unpalatable, especially for someone who consumes a variety of coffee types regularly.

Ok and over priced but well located for the NEC. Breakfast was good and plentiful. No humans for check in and only 1 machine and a big queue!! Soulless hotel booked by my company would rather stay further away and drive in come the morning!!?!!

Room was great. My pillow was needing the bin, didnt realise till the morning that there were more on top of the wardrobe! Restaurant staff were fab at accommodating us as didn’t realise you needed to book a table! Other customers were not conscious about others trying to sleep! Ideal if ur a night owl or early riser. I think if i stayed again i would request a top floor room. Location was perfect for NEC/BP pulse, easy to get a uber which cost £6.
