This hotel is unbelievable. Once you have stayed here this sets the bar for anywhere else you will stay We first went in October 2022 and have visited several times since with family and friends and also recommended it to so many people who have loved it The staff are wonderful and Kevin the manager is fantastic . Always checking in and making sure everything is tip top The suites are all incredible and the food is excellent that we often don’t leave the hotel. It’s extremely private so the perfect place for some R&R There is nothing I could fault

True luxury- wonderful hospitality and comfort in the peaceful haven of La Palmeraie. Staff- friendly, professional and gentle. Room- comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet. Food- outstanding, especially for dinner. Almost faultless. Planning our next trip already.

This hotel is truly magical. My sister just celebrated her wedding here and invited people from all corners of the world. The charm and beauty of this hotel is exceptional while keeping the whole setting intimate. Every single staff member went above and beyond for every single guest. I have to say that without Hiba this celebration would not have been what it was. Beyond her professionalism and incredible work, her warmth and patience made the experience truly incredible. She solved every problem that came with calmness and serenity. This place holds a very special place in my heart and I am sure it will mark every guest that visits next!!

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at Ksar Char Bagh, and we cannot recommend this venue highly enough for anyone looking to get married in Marrakech! From the very beginning of our planning in October 2023, Hiba has been nothing short of a fairy godmother, making sure that every detail of our wedding was perfect and that everything went off without a hitch. Her dedication and effort, along with the entire team's, were truly remarkable. Our guests were in awe of the magical atmosphere of the location, and everyone commented on how friendly, efficient, and polite the staff was throughout the entire event. The setting at Ksar Char Bagh is simply stunning, and the level of service we received made our wedding even more special. A huge thank you to Hiba, Kevin, Nezha, Noordine, and the whole team for making our wedding an unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to come back, and for anyone considering a wedding in Marrakech, Ksar Char Bagh is the place to be!

Mesmerizing resort for a perfect get away. Serene and peaceful and luxury at its best. The service of each and every staff is heart warming. The owner cum manager personally looks into details of every guest and makes sure to serve every need. Except that the place is pretty far from the center and you have plan your trips to the city ahead of time, everything else in this place is just picture perfect

Located in Palm Grove in Marrakech, Kasr Char-Bagh is a beautiful boutique hotel with Moorish style and Ottoman influence throughout. The surroundings are breathtaking, the service is exceptional, and the Harim suites are fabulous with everything you need (even a private pool). The property is very calm and peaceful for a Zen atmosphere. There is only one restaurant on the property but breakfast and dinner were delicious! We were unaware that Small Luxury Hotels of the World are now part of the Hilton brand. After seeing a Hilton email with SLH advertisement several months ago, we decided to try this out. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come again!

As Non Hyatt Globalist Programme members this SLH hotel run by Kevin who’s the Director General of the hotel runs a truly amazing place with exquisite rooms, delightful food and outstanding service. They arranged some fabulous evenings out to Ling Ling and La Villa des Oranges (Both a must try) and wonderful tour of the souk too. They came to our rescue when there was an error with our next hotel and accommodated us immediately. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and have got be one of the top hotels in Marrakech, if not the world. Kevin, Hibat and the whole team, a massive thank you. We look forward to seeing you very soon with our son. (Who we may have to now name Kevin.)

The location is idyllic for rest, with a design inspired by the Alhambra, masterfully executed in spectacular villas and an exceptional team. Both the director and the front office team deserve special mention for their tireless dedication to the well-being of every client. We also highlight the experience in the spa, where the special massage for golfers proved to be highly recommendable. Without a doubt, we plan to return sooner rather than later.

Very friendly hotel. Lovely staff including Soufaine, Hanane and Fayssal. Beautiful privacy and rooms and pool. The food is stunning. The tours are worthwhile. Try and go to Inara Camp and the Ouzoud waterfalls. I would happily go back for a few days again. We met the owner on the first day too who was welcoming and intelligent. Brilliant hotel.
