We had an amazing time at Riad Idra! The staff was incredibly kind, always going above and beyond. Incredibly safe, and complimentary breakfast was amazing! Location is also amazing. Would definitely recommend! We didn’t want to leave!!

A Hidden Gem in Marrakesh - Highly Recommend! I had the pleasure of staying at Rid Idra in Marrakesh and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, Karine and her team were incredibly helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made us feel so welcome and ensured our stay was perfect in every way. A special shoutout to Nora, who gave the most amazingly relaxing massages – truly a highlight of our trip! And Omar deserves a special mention too; his attentive service was top-notch. We missed him when he was off for the day! The breakfast on the terrace every morning was a delight, always fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed a couple of fantastic dinners at the in-house restaurant, which were equally impressive. The location is perfect – right in the heart of Marrakesh, yet it feels like a peaceful oasis tucked away down a charming little tunnel off the souk. It was the ideal spot for both exploring the city and escaping to tranquility after a busy day. The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, with two housekeeping services each day. - And the slippers provided during our stay were just too cute (seriously, the best hotel slippers I’ve ever had), and we were even able to take them home! I would absolutely recommend Rid Idra to anyone visiting Marrakesh. It’s a hidden gem that combines the best of both worlds: great location, exceptional service, and a peaceful atmosphere. Don’t miss out on this wonderful place!

What a magnificent hotel right in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. Beautifully appointed room, immaculately clean and every attention to detail in provisions. Breakfasts were delicious and staff could not do enough for us. Rooms were quiet and beds super comfy. Forget 5 star, this is a 6 star facility!

My husband and I stayed in this stunning riad for a week to celebrate my 82nd birthday. It was simply the best accommodation we have ever stayed in anywhere. Karine and all the staff were very professional but also very welcoming, helpful and attentive and literally couldn't do enough for us. On one occasion, they made a reservation for dinner for us at a nearby restaurant and because I wasn't confident that we could find it, Abdelfettah walked us there and was quite happy to come back for us later if we needed him. As it happened, we were fine coming back but nice to know there was help available if we needed it. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and toasty warm which was very welcome as it was quite chilly in the mornings and evenings. On my birthday, we came back to our room after a day out to find 'Happy Birthday Gail' spelled out across my bed with letters made out of plant leaves and scattered rose petals. Such a lovely surprise! I can't recommend this lovely riad highly enough - the attention to detail is evident everywhere. The central courtyard is delightful with comfortable seating and a beautiful water feature and is an oasis of calm. Shukran to everyone at Riad Idra for making my birthday trip so memorable!
