Gran localización - un pequeño oasis en la Medina. Habitaciones y Hamman disponible. Súper romántico. Perfecto para cenar y para tomar cocktails Actividades fitness on request. Ea un descubrimiento considerando la zona parece estar derruida pero llegas al oasis precioso con vegetación y un diseño súper autentico y bien cuidado

What a wonderful experience it was to stay at El Fenn. From the moment of arrival and throughout my stay when I returned, a charming member of the team would say ‘Welcome Home’ I don’t plan on ever staying anywhere else when I visit Marrakech. There are so many astonishing architectural and decorative feature to El Fenn and delights await at every turn. The jewel of this hotel though has to be the roof top bar and terrace. I was treated with such kindness and warmth by everyone and as a solo traveller - was made feel very much a part of the furniture by the end of my stay, Thank you Ayoub and all at the front desk and most especially the rooftop team - most of whom I didn’t know by name - a special mention to the delightful Mowain (my apologies for spelling mistake) who is just so good at his job. Vanessa Branson has crafted a true one of a kind hotel and every single member of staff absolutely contributed delivered beyond expectation. Oh and did I mention the bedroom - the room I requested when I booked - perfect every way. 5+ unreserved stars.

Excellent stay. Good service especially Jimmy. Only complaint was the lack of curtains in the room to keep the sun out in the morning and maybe a little noise through the night but we could have used ear plugs and sleeping caps. All in all we would recommend.

We actually only went here for lunch. It was trendy and very well decorated - the food was ok, and the service not fabulous, even though not busy at all. A lot of hype and way over priced for what we received. Some of the staff were verging on snobby towards us and we were treated a little like after thoughts. The cost for 7 of us for lunch was over $350 which for what we got and where we sat was definitely not worth it. The place was pretty empty - perhaps it would be cool in the evening with lots of people there, but we were definitely not that enthused. Perhaps if we’d stayed after lunch in the rest of the space (see pics), we might have warmed to the place, but it all felt very unwelcoming and odd. We were well dressed and 5 adult kids and two parents.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I’m especially thankful for Ayoub, who went above and beyond to organize everything for us. His attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. The rooms and the Ryad were so comfortable and beautifully designed that we felt completely at home and almost didn’t want to leave the hotel. The spa experience was outstanding—one of the best we’ve ever had. The food was exceptional as well—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, and the daily ginger shots prepared by the staff were a wonderful touch. This was the perfect getaway for four days, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

I had heard about this place being very new and chic, and wanted to go. I went there and asked to go have a drink, or at least to see it, they asked if I had a reservation, and when I said that I didn't. They wouldn't allow us in. I tried calling a few times to reserve, and got no answer. Finally, I walked in, and explained that I'd not gotten an answer, they apologised and said that they're so busy that it's hard for them to keep up. They let us go up to the beautiful roof top in the end for a snack. The place was EMPTY! More tables were empty than occupied. It was too hot and sunny to be comfortable, most of the clients were there to be seen as being cool. The menu is very uninspired, the one thing that appealed to me was a veggie burger. We waited long enough to order that by the time someone came to do that, we'd had enough and left.

From the moment you walk through the doors into the hotel, you’re surrounded by bright & tasteful interiors, artwork and gorgeous pops of colour. We fell in love with this hotel instantly and the staff were incredible at making us feel welcome and right at home. We were lucky enough to try out two rooms at El Fenn and both were divine. Each room in El Fenn is unique and different and I loved the extra touch of having a fireplace in the bedroom to make you feel extra cosy. The bathtubs come with salt & dried roses to make for an extra decadent experience and the beds were incredibly comfortable with about a gazillion pillows. The hotel is a peaceful and serene space, located in the centre of Marrakech, which is perfect for exploring the main sights and souks by foot. We especially loved waking up early to watch the sunrise on the terrace before breakfast and having cocktails on the rooftop to watch the sun go down. Make sure to ask the front desk for food recommendations as they gave us some fantastic non touristy spots which were some of our favourite meals. The resident cats are also incredibly cute. The roof terrace has a great atmosphere and the cocktails are delicious. You won’t regret staying here and I couldn’t recommend it enough, we didn’t want to leave! :-)

Fantastic drinks vibe and deco...Can't wait to go back. We were not staying there sadly as I would like to stay there next time. Their rooftop bar is fantastic. The lady who greeted us as we walked in before heading up to the bar was warm and friendly. The bar staff were wonderful too. I recommend

The hotel is very quiet and it has a Beautiful roof top, excellent quality, good service standards and professional team, we will probably book to stay next time in the hotel. The location is just perfect! I would Highly recommend it to anyone
