Riad la Villa Bleue & Spa

Absolutely the worst people I ever met, from the moment we checked in we were constantly pushed for cash and book everything through them(most were double the price any website was charging) We booked a car for pickup through them which was triple the taxi price and it still did not arrive on time. When we tried to take the taxi on our own, their contact started fighting with taxi drivers to prevent us from going to Raid ourselves. At check out this gentleman who seemed to be the manager/owner's son started shouting at us , wanted us to pay cash even though our booking said they take credit card. After swiping 2 of my credit cards for payment they claimed they were both refused. Luckily I had one set up to send me notifications which I showed him was already charged. In Spite of showing proof he wouldn't let us leave for our flight. It was just me and my 20 year old daughter and we were terrified. We barely escaped, luckily an older taxi driver who was at taxi stand right outside helped us get away. I recorded a big chunk of the incident on y phone, if it was US they would have been arrested for harassment. Frankly at the time I wasn't sure if we would even make it out of country alive. I was shaking my daughter was crying It's safe to say we will never be setting a foot in this country again. Our amazing experience of this country and the people turned into a nightmare. My advice especially if you are only women travelling, absolutely DO NOT stay in any of the Riads, it probably will be safer to stay in some big hotel chain hotel to be safe.

We stayed in this villa in May and have to say it was very impressive and it exceeded our expectations. It was our first visit in Morocco and we were very impressed with the beautiful facilities and friendly staffs. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of beds. Many thanks to Salim who made the stay even more special by going above and beyond and assisting us with all our requirement.

Beautiful villa with plenty of rooms to accommodate a big group. Staffs are very friendly and professional. I would like say a special thanks to Salim who helped us with everything we needed and always there to assist during our 7 days stay. We had a lot of fun in the swimming pool, balconies etc. It was our first visit in Morocco and we felt welcomed in this villa from the first day till last day.

We booked the villa for a large group of friends, the place is amazing with a swimming pool, rooftop chill out areas. The rooms are very unique and very comfortable to sleep in. The best part of our stay at this villa was a a man named Salim who was very kind to us and made sure to help us with anything he can. He was always available for us and he was very kind. I would definitely recommend this villa for large groups or big family trips in Marrakech!

Contrairement à ce qui est écrit dasn le descriptif : - pas de petot déjeuner buffet ou de petit déjeuner continental, mais un petit déjeuner servi à table sans variante pendant 4 jours (à part 1 crêpe salée) - la piscine n'est pas chauffée car le bruit dérange les chambres voisines - pas de chaussons ni de peignoir dans la chambre (on a demandé des peignoirs : nous étions 2 nous avons eu 1 peignoir....) On a du libérer la chambre à midi alors que VeryChic annonçait un départ tardif pour les clients du TO. La manageuse n'a rien voulu entendre... Pas très commerçant. Le menu est bon, mais très cher versus les autres tables testées pendant ce séjour. Un petit welcome pak (bouteille d'eau, cape de douche, coton) serait le bienvenu. Salle de bain vraiment vide : même pas une boite de kleenex Le Riad est très beau avec une superbe terrasse

Accueil chaleureux , dans un Riad aux couleurs Majorelle, situé dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons pu profiter du hammam et de soins dans une ambiance relaxante. On peut vous proposer des dîners à la carte. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et rien ne semble impossible pour eux pour rendre ce séjour agréable.
