Stayed in Ambre apartment. We loved the size and the way it is arranged... but there are a few small things that would not cost much to make it a tiny bit better. BEWARE staff go snooping in your room when you are out. One day as soon as we left, one of the receptionists went in. She spent a long time going through the fridge (we had cooked food in there). She was also trying to open an aluminium container (anyone who lifted it up could tell immediately it was empty, but she was trying to open it. Why?). In one bedroom she opened the chest of drawers to see what was inside and left them open. One day one of the receptionists telephoned the room to ask if I wanted housekeeping. She came up with the cleaner and a man. She and the cleaner walked in and she started moving the dining table and took a chair without telling me what she was doing. I had to ask. All this is happening with the door open and the man standing at the door. When she called she didn't tell me all this and to make myself descent. Beds comfortable. Bedding very clean. Good wifi. Air conditioning in one bedroom wasn't working. Although it took them 3 days to fix it we asked and got a small heater for the room. But even before it was fixed we were asked for it back because they were cold at reception. We didn't because obviously we needed it. Couches clean. I was impressed. There were no cups or mugs. Not sure how they expect you to have your coffee or tea. No English channels whatsoever on the television. Do they not expect English speaking guest? I don't really watch TV on holiday but it's nice to catch up with the news especially when having dinner. Large balcony. OK views. Although in the pictures you can see patio furniture, there was none. Not inviting as doesn't get cleaned or swept. The railings are so dirty you cannot hang clothes on even though we tried to clean it. Lots of light fittings but many bulbs missing and the ones that works are very dull/dim it made the apartment uninviting and claustrophobic. A bulb in the kitchen wasn't working, asked for them to change it. After a few days nothing, had to ask again. After 11pm one night someone telephoned to say they can change it now or before 8am next morning (after 11pm? That's shows no respect. AND who wakes up before 8am on holiday?). Mustafa came after 11pm with the wrong bulb. It never got changed. We had to cook using our phone for extra lighting as the one that works was to far away from the hob and very, very dim. I am very sceptical about any good reviews about Mustafa as he is rude and very unpleasant. He pointed to the light in the reception corridor and said, "Look one light." He made up his mind that he wasn't going to change the bulb. He said "Guests don't complain." Unacceptable response and behaviour just to replace a bulb. One roll of toilet paper for 3 days per apartment. One towel each for 3 days. Bedding not changed or asked to be changed in 10 days. Curtains disgusting. In one bedroom it was ju
