Big comfortable rooms located in the very center of Marostica. It is easy to walk around and see all the sights without the need of the car being 100 meters from the chess square. Wonderful breakfast for all tastes and needs. If in the area I will certainly come back

Within the citywalls surrounding the historical center of Marostica - in the ZTL zone - we found an excellent hotel, Due Mori. We thank Alberto in the reception for beeing so helpful with both booking, our arrival and help with parking and luggage. It is a luxury to have a private parking in the courtyard. Service in general is excellent, rooms are large and clean and breakfast is very good. The restaurant Cuore is just as excellent.

My family is originally from Marostica, so we know the area. I can tell you that this is the BEST location. Just feet from the entrance to the hotel are views of the Castello Superiore (the Castel at the top of the hill). It is a very short (like two minute) walk to the Piazza degli Scacchi (the famous town square with life size chess board). There are cafes, pastry shops, restaurants, and shops all within a 1-3 minute walk. The hotel itself was great! The breakfast was fantastic. Aside from the buffet style continental breakfast that is waiting for you in the morning, the friendly staff is ready to cook up whatever breakfast you might want. Alberto and company were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying there if you are going to Marostica or the surrounding area.

The hotel is centrally located with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms and good views. Alberto is a Prince among men, helping us to arrange several challenging travel transfers. There is a relaxed restaurant in the hotel with great food and kind staff. We also took advantage of private touring with Monica Facchini, a very knowledgeable guide in the areas of art and architecture associated with the hotel. I highly recommend any tour Monica suggests! We had two wonderful days with her exploring Palladio's "La Rotonda" and Olympic Theater and the towns of Vicenza, Asolo and Bassano del Grappa. Kind, knowledgeable, passionate and fun, Monica was a joy to be with, and enhanced our experience of this beautiful area, lesser known, but quite close to Venice. Our time together was touched by magic, as after touring La Rotonda, we happened to meet a member of the family who lives there, and were invited to return for a private experience. We are not "bus tour" people, and found Monica's relaxed, engaged and personal style a perfect way to feel at home while learning at a deeper level about what we were seeing. We can't wait for our next opportunity to return to Hotel Due Mori and travel with Monica! Hermione & Tim, Boston, MA, USA

Attending the Human Chess Game in Marostica was on my Bucket List for many years. After booking Hotel Due Mori in early 2020 to attend the Chess Game, the world came to a standstill. Of course the game was canceled in 2020 and rescheduled for 2021, even though they normally just hold the event in even numbered years. Then 2021 was canceled also. Finally, we were able to stay at this wonderful small hotel in September of 2022. I can’t say enough good things about Alberto. He and I had emailed and chatted so many times in a three-year span that we had become friends. He is an incredible asset to this hotel and was so helpful. We felt like old friends by the time we finally met in person. Everyone we met at the hotel (Irma, Sara, Riadh) was all pleasant and helpful as well. I think this is the only hotel within the city walls of Marostica so it is close to everything you would want to see and visit here. We would go back again and again!

I loved our stay at the Due Mori & loved this beautiful town of Marostica! Alberto was exceptional for customer service even before we arrived for the Andrea Bocelli concert to make sure we had parking & reservation for dinner the night of the concert .. we appreciated all his help & attention so much .. Irma keeps this hotel top notch clean, good sheets & towels .. Sarah’s smiling face every morning & her cappuccino’s & lovely breakfasts on the terrace that started our days just right were fantastic .. in the evening the dining room becomes the Ristorante Cuori & the food & service was exceptional .. one if the best dinners we had .. Rajid hosting Prosecco the night of the show was just another exceptional touch from everyone at the Due Mori .. the only reason I did not rate 5 stars was the beds .. they were very uncomfortable & not of good quality ..I didn’t have very restful sleeps & that was unfortunate because everything else is perfect .. replacing the beds ti a good quality foam mattresses would give this hotel 100% satisfaction & 5 stars .. Grazie mille to everyone who worked hard to make this an enjoyable visit! ❤️

Thank you so much Riyad and Alberto for making our stay so special. We were here for the Andrea Bocelli concert and were so lucky to be able to get a room here. The room was a good size and was available from 11am when we arrived. They put on prosecco on in the lobby for the guests before the concert which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious - eggs and bacon and lots of continental options too and included in the room rate! They helped us organise taxis and book restaurants prior to arrival which put our mind at ease as we had never been here before. For customer service and special touches, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at. Grazie Mille! Georgina & Tim

Small, 12 rooms, family-run, perfect location in the heart of this wonderful medieval town. Enclosed private parking in the rear. Immaculate and modern rooms - ours on the top floor - had a splendid view through two skylights of the town walls and ramparts reaching to the upper castle dominating the town and its famous piazza. Good breakfast served both indoors and outside on the patio. Wonderful service, courteous, friendly, attentive, helpful - great cappuccino. I emphasize that our two night stay was perfect in all aspects, very relaxing, and we look forward to returning soon. A great experience, highly recommended. Thank you, Riadh, Monica, Irma and Alberto!

Un tre stelle a cui ne darei altre due, camera bellissima, completamente ristrutturata, servizio impeccabile e personale molto gentile. La colazione varia per ogni gusto, sia salata che dolce. Molto consigliato anche per la posizione centralissima
