Management refused to waive penalty cancellation fee equivalent of one nights accommodation. Today is 5th March & Cat 2 Tropical Cyclone Alfred & highly likely to intensive to a Cat 3 & will definately cross the SEQ coast between Maroochydore & Qld/NSW in less than 48hours on Friday 7th March. Our arrival day at Majorica Isle was Friday 7th March, the day Alfred will cross the coast. Despite 2 conversations with management, they refused my request for an exception to waive the cancellation fee. We are only cancelling our booking because of this cyclone. The safety of everyone is paramount & Qld Govt has issued Cyclone Warning 24hrs ago & have requested everyone in SEQ target zone NOT to travel Thurs 6, Fri 7 & Sat 8th March due to the destructive winds, likelihood of significant damage & torrential rain bringing extreme flooding. We live in SEQ in the Redlands area & it not be safe to travel ANYWHERE - Very poor decision - guess they have no respect for their customers, it's all about the $'s

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay in Unit 31. Location great and really quiet while being close to all you could want including public transport. Unit had many appliances and also heaps of books and was like a home away from home. Pool area was also great and well kept. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Our signing in to apartment was seamless. Apartment was comfortable as a good size for 3 adults and a young child plus newborn. Front and back balconies a bonus also. Well equipped kitchen and soft white bathroom towels. Great location as within just minutes to walk to cafes/ restaurants and convenience stores plus beach across the road and calm water just short walk away.

Great location and within easy walking distance of cafes, shops and restaurants. Heated pool is fantastic for the kids and the tennis court provided lots of entertainment. Spacious apartment with everything you need to cook and clean yourselves if you want to save on going all every night.

We enjoyed our stay at Majorca Isle, it was in a great location, management were great and very helpful, especially Eve. The unit we where in could do with an update but they showed us lots of others that have been updated , and we are going again next year but in another unit.

Great location, fabulous view. Clean, spacious, quiet unit. It’s not ultra modern but the view and space more than make up for that. Pool is lovely too. Easy walk to restaurants, supermarket and beautiful beach. The checkin was quick and easy.

Really enjoyed our recent stay at Majorca Isle, it’s so handy to everything, Ocean beach and surf club just across the road, easy walk to bus stops and the nearby Cotton Tree shopping centre with all its cafes and restaurants, not to mention the Sunday farmers market and the popular riverside beach with its stunning sunsets across the water. Our super hosts, Eve and Gavin, are nothing short of amazing, so kind and supportive, the loveliest and most helpful we’ve encountered in all our years of travel, we’ll definitely be back !

Great position, close to all amenities,beach, shopping options . Friendly management, always ready to answer questions. Apartment clean, well supplied with all requirements for self catering. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

A lovely spacious unit with everything we needed. The whole unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property had great facilities including a pool and playground, it was a short walk to the shops and surf club. I would love to stay there again.
