Hotel didnt have much to offer, entertainment was only on twice during our 10 night stay. Food is bland, not much choice. Staff were friendly, Rooms were ok. Swimming pool was nice and the sun lounger beds were comfy, we did get a tattoo and had our hair done here which was nice.

Very well presented hotel, excellent location, the set-up and processes let this hotel down, it was advertised as a 4* star hotel on both on the Beach and Sunbay park at the time we booked, it falls short of that, staff don't listen to guest and choose to be rude, poor WIFI, food average but cold, could be better for a supposed 4*. Poor entertainment, noisy rooms, not cleaned on time, have hand written notes requesting tips etc. I think this hotel has the potential of being a 4* hotel, needs management to pull up socks, and bring it up to scratch vs hotels of the same grading in the area.

Lovely hotel friendly staff and great entertainment with Simba and ahmet keeping the kids occupied with games like bingo darts karaoke. The hotel was well presented and clean food was lovely with variety.

We stayed September last year this year hotel has changed 100% positively the food was absolutely perfect the animation team started work the started work the stage was built the shows we’re beautiful the staff had changed and they spoke English we didn’t expect this much change we hope they maintain these standards it would be great if they also serve ice cream next year

Our journey was a bit troublesome it was tiring when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a smile our room was beautiful it had a pool view food was delicious I would also like to praise the dessert was very good I gained some weight the service of the staff was good it’s clean hotel I’m thinking of coming again

Hotel is ideally situated for the beach aswell as bars and shops etc all nearby, food is ok, managed to eat every meal time but can be repetitive. All inclusive drinks are limited to vodka, wine, gin, beer and soft drinks teas and coffee etc, so not a fantastic choice, there is a cocktail bar but you pay for these. The onsite tattoo shop is fabulous!! Very friendly staff make you feel most welcome and totally transformed my existing tattoo into a sleeve for me, and also do eyebrow microblading etc etc which kept the Mrs happy. I would come back again, and I am quite picky, your holiday is what you make of it and we have had a fab time

Really good hotel in a good location. At the front is a really nice kebab hut joint onto the hotel which was very nice and well priced. The pool isn't that big but is good enough for the events the staff put on for you. Great entertainment in the evening and the staff are very friendly and we become friends with pretty much all of them. Food wasn't bad and had some good healthy options. Also a great tattoo where i got my first tattoo and a brand new shop which has opened up there also very well priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL BE RETURNING IN 2025

I don’t understand the negative reviews! I found Sunbay to be clean, nice food and lovely staff!! We stayed for one week, we had a good mix of food options, great beer on all-inclusive package, great location to all amenities and a great rep who helped us book so many excursions!
