Amazing experience from the reps - Mercury, Yamal, Jota & Rooney! Made the holiday 10/10 :) Rooms were not great tho, hard beds, loud noises all throughout hotel of all hours and air-con was bad.

Overall a really nice holiday, entertainment is amazing especially Mercury Yamal Joker and Rooney, made every day the best. Excursions around also amazing, recommend big boss boat trip best day ever! Only thing i’d say is food can be hit and miss as a picky eater but everything else amazing!

Me and my girlfriend came for 7 days and I have to say it’s a very nice hotel, and has everything you could need, amazing food, nice drinks at the bar and beautiful views by the poolside. It’s a very friendly environment and the entertainers are very interactive and friendly. Many activities to do throughout the day including darts aquagym waterpolo and many others. Overall a very good stay

Spacious rooms with good ac in each room, lovely staff who cater to all your needs and entertain everybody of all ages frequently, two huge pools and lots of activities so you won’t go bored, good selection of food from various restaurants.
