Hawaii Hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel, the most amazing staff ever, they look after you so well and really care. Manager Gokce looked after us so well and entertainment manager Seyhmus was friendly, fabulous and great fun. Definitely recommend and we will visit again soon.

Stayed here for my hen do and we was accommodated with everything. Shamus, er san and team looked after us and made us feel welcome. If you would like to to looked after on your holiday then I would definitely recommend.Thank you and we will see you again soon

What can I say I have been coming to marmaris for 20 yrs trust me the Hawaii is a hidden gem. If you are wanting a hotel that doesnt break the bank this is it and i have stayed at a lot of hotels along the sea front. The rooms arent massive but everything you need very clean. The staff are so friendly they are amazing. The food is typical of All Inclusive but you can always find something to eat. I would recommend a sea view room we are in room 411 and the view is amazing. I just cant fault this hotel for what you pay only thing I would say is if you want a chilled vibe it’s brilliant not for families with children, not enough for them to do they would be bored. Remember you are on the sea front so near to all amenties and if you want to let your hair down these bars are within walking distance.

Hotel spotless, staff really nice and work very hard to cater for your needs, will be back next year. Food presentation was nice for a small hotel, there was always something to eat...Relaxing, friendly hotel, no fighting for a sun bed

We arrived late at night and we had 2 rooms next to each other My husband and I were shown to a room that had a double bed however it was smaller than a standard double. My son had a room with 2 singles pushed together which created a much bigger bed so we swapped rooms. The beds are like bricks (literally) After unpacking I discovered no safe In the morning I complained about the beds and the safe (nothing done) Day 2 complained again and they gave me a safe. Food is pretty much the same every day and not very appetising and we did struggle to find much we could eat. We had a standard land view room but instead of looking at land we were facing a white concrete wall of the next door hotel but it was much quieter than rooms on the other side which were next to the Brit bar. Apparently noise goes on until 4am. If someone above or next door has a shower it’s very loud in your room which was annoying very early in the morning and the shower doors do fall off quite easily Pool is tiny and if you haven’t reserved a sunbed by 6am you are not getting one There is a section of beach you can use free of charge however you cannot bring food or drinks here from the hotel. There are guys working here but drinks etc are chargeable. The cleaner was lovely but on the 4th day I had got back in my room (she had seen me) few minutes later my doorbell goes but she doesn’t wait for me to answer just lets herself in (I could have been undressed!) she starts talking and I don’t understand her then she takes out a bag of coins from her pocket shakes it at me and says “Euros”. I was a little bit shocked and made me feel uncomfortable. I have never been “asked” to tip before and of course we always do without being asked but at the end of the week. Drinks are only all inclusive until 11pm after that you have to pay Manager is the most miserable man I have ever seen. The whole time we were here I didn’t see him smile once! Kitchen/ wait staff are all lovely though. The location of the hotel is perfect for us as right near the places we like to be however out of the 4 hotels we have stayed in here before this is by far the worse! 3rd is premier Nergis beach, 2nd is Green nature and the best by far was The Golden Rock.

Excellent stay in this hotel ! Firstly thankyou to the very hardworking staff especially Omar Ramsey the chef - beautiful food and such a lovely guy ! They are feeders ! Breakfast, lunch then at 5! Lush burger and chips , tea, 22om soup . Oh and the breads are fresh and tasty . Lots of salads and traditional food to try . The bar staff are amazing especially Sibel who speaks amazing English and Essen . The little cleaner who left flowers on my bed. The hotel is spotlessly clean every day staff are cleaning . The pool is lovely never a fight for sunbeds you can also go to the beach one minute walk away for the hotels beds. Also it’s right in the main strip for the beach and bars . Not many kids in this hotel it’s not really a family friendly one which is not a bad thing . Entertainment is only twice a week a live band and Turkish dancing , bar shuts at 11 for fully inclusive. I’d recommend as we went as a family of 6 and had a chilled break
