Dear Elegance Hotel Management, Very £££££££ terrible service Avoid this restaurant for dinner on the pontoon.... I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent dining experience at your hotel restaurant on the evening of our final vacation night, June 11th, 2025. While the initial impression of the hotel's ambiance, with its sophisticated setting overlooking the sea and the glimmer of moonlight, promised a perfect end to our holiday, the reality of our dining experience was far from satisfactory. Our party of six adults was seated at 7:10 PM. We were left unattended for 20 minutes before our drink order was taken. The drinks were then served at different times and had to be returned three times due to inaccuracies. Following this, the main menus were presented, but we had to prompt the staff as our food order had not yet been taken. To our surprise, we were left with only two menus for a party of six. After another 40 minutes of waiting with no waiter attending our table, we had to request someone to take our food order. The food order for both starters and main courses was taken at once. Only four of our party ordered starters. However, the two individuals who did not order starters were inexplicably served the sides from their main courses as if they were appetizers. Compounding this issue, four of the six main courses were brought to our table while we were still eating our starters, and these were simply left to get cold. Approximately 110 minutes after our arrival, it became clear that two of our main courses had not arrived at all. When we inquired about the missing meals, our waiter ignored us. Upon approaching another waiter, he acknowledged that the situation was unacceptable. We were then offered another main course, one of the two missing, with an additional 15-minute wait, by which time everyone else had finished their meals. We naturally declined this offer. The culmination of this dreadful experience was being presented with a bill that included items we had not received. When we refused to pay for these missing items, we were told, "It's the waiter's fault, he got it all wrong. he can pay the bill for you," which was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Finally, two managers emerged at 10:45 PM, seemingly to address our concerns, but their response was dismissive, offering only free drinks and placing all blame on the waiter. This entire experience was utterly terrible, and to be charged for food we did not receive is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid your restaurant at all costs. £££££££ very expensive for have an unpleasant experience Sorry for the long review, just don't want anyone else to get ripped off.
